Ac water was leaking on floor which was very annoying. AC wasn't that effective. Bathroom mug and bucket was dirty.

The rooms were decent, they had all the facilities. I would recommend traveller to book only for 1 to 2 days.

Need more clean, lift should work more faster, don’t allow drunken people to the restaurant, it will make discomfort for the families. O experienced a drunken person making unwanted task to restaurant manager, he deal it nicely but it is not fair to accept such people inside the restaurant.

The Bed and bedsheets would have been better.Everything in the room is excellent.It has small refrigirator,hot water,excellent AC.Room is clean.and a decent restuarant.The staff of the restuarant are very good.

It is 20 meters from cine suvai restuarant. A must try eatery in Madurai.

Despite it being a Sunday, there was renovation work at the hotel from nine-thirty until eight in the night. I was greatly disappointed as I believe this was not even permitted by law. Furthermore, it was a day when the state announced a lockdown, so I had to put up with the drilling and banging all day/evening long. By seven in the morning, staff or guests were shouting in the hallway ruining my sleep as well. So while the hotel has all the great amenities, these annoyances made the stay uncomfortable. The staffs were not hospitable albeit polite which is reminiscent of the hotel's namesake (Moscow), they have a similar Soviet attitude i.e. not really attentive to guests especially in the restaurant but I guess they weren't trained since most guests ordered room service.

The location was bang on next to the big temple. Walkable distance to restaurants and bakeries. The food was good especially the Chinese section although it took a while. Internet connection was highly reliable. I liked that there was a constant supply of water provided.

Hotel location is not so convenient for people who come mainly to visit Meenakshi temple. That road very dusty with only motor spare parts shops. There are no eating joints or bakery or ATM nearby. Hotels restaurant is not good at all for either breakfast or dinner. You need to take auto to visit the temple.

Rooms are excellent. Very clean matches international standards. High tech.

The room smells bad, needs renovation, the blankets, bedsheets were old and had some dusts in them. the woods are broken and could see some termites as well. 2 yrs before the rooms were neat and clean, but now it suffocated to stay in the room.

The AC was leaking in one of the rooms- water dripping. One room stank of cigarette smoke. Restaurant handwash area was dirty. Not enough tea bags were kept in rooms. Electric kettle was not working in one of the rooms.

Restaurant downstairs, serves decent food at reasonable rates. 1.5 km away from temple, need to pay rs. 80-100 for auto, takes hardly 10 min. Good parking space. Friendly staff. Drinking water provided

There was something to be done in the bathroom. The tap was damaged and it was not mended. We found it difficult to fill water in the bucket.

The breakfast was exceptionally good. It was very yummy and there were different varieties which children really enjoyed.

Staff's hospitality was unsatisfactory, they kept us waiting for 45+ min for check in and even after taking so much time, the room alloted had used/unclean bed sheets, which were changed after raising complaints two to three times, also rooms and bathroom were not clean.

Hotel Rooms are not clean and living rooms have spider web and not cleaned well. Even the the person at reception are courteous enougn to inform about the facility . rooms are very averarage not cleaned well .
