The location is very good and the owner is always ready to help you with any request we make. The best part of the stay was the owners hospitality. I would highly recommend this place.

The kutcha approach road to the property.gets murky in the rain n cab driver attached to the hotel refused to go downhill to drop us to the property.had tough time walking in muddy road downhill with aged parents. Food is good but no inhouse restaurant, no professional service,had to wait long time for breakfast . No lift for the building.

Approach road of about 50 mtrs is a bit in bad shape due to forest officials not allowing hotel to make pakka road.

We liked the view from our room on 2nd floor towards valley side. Very cooperative and friendly managers in Noleshbhai and Sejal.

The location is hard to reach and sometimes hard to locate on maps. The food preparation takes more than an hour sometimes since there is only one cook

The host was really generous and offered us car rides since the cab services were too costly. The food was really good and the room was ventilated and clean.

The location is best for vacation. View from hotel is just superb. Attaching the photos for better reference. Staff is so polite . They even have villa if someone has to visit in group. You can also visit their Strawberry farm and eat fresh strawberries. The complementary breakfast is so tasty . Separate balconies for each room . Try to book the rooms which are mountain facing . My family and I had taken a small vacation....it's a great place...staff is well behaved friendly and always ready to help. Network is an issue but they do have Wi-Fi. Water pressure in the bathroom is good. Rooms are spacious and furniture is also clean and good. Connectivity is also good it's hard 150-300meters inside from the main road. Overall a clam and clean and nice place. They serve dinner near the bonfire in the evening in the garden on request. Rooms: Rooms are equipped with AC, soft spring mattresses, spacious rooms, good water pressure in the bathroom for showers with geysers. Nearby activities: Go Karting, Horse Riding, Boating, Mapro Gardens, Strawberry Gardens, Safety: No issues with that. Hotel staff and everyone is nearby, but still take precautions. Walkability: Its made on step land since it's on the hillside so people with any walking problems please note. Food & drinks: Food and Breakfast at the hotel is really good worth the money. Tea and coffee is also provided or you can make it in the room with water kettle and other things provided by the hotel. Noteworthy details: Visit Mapro garden, Veena lake for boating and horse riding, Panchganga Temples, Pratapgad Fort, queen's point. Go Karting. Air is clean.

Excellent room in which we stayed (Premium) . View from the room was really pleasant. Overall clealiness, including bathroom, was good. Services given were prompt. Staff was very modest. Break fast was tasty. We had choice to select food items for Lunch/dinner. Preparations were good. In short, stay at the hotel Mount View, Mahabaleshwar was enjoyable.

We reached very late at night The beginning of the trip was not great. But Nilesh helped us a lot and made it very easy. He came about 30 minutes away and gave us a lift to the hotel. Made arrangements for our food. He provided all kinds of help for almost 4 days. The morning breakfast was very tasty. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast. I would definitely recommend it. The room was very clean and hygienic. Nilesh and Sajal, thank you very much to both of you. This trip would not have been as good without you two. Thank you very much again.
