Overall everything was good. AC has a regime and it does not work during day hours, but I have to say that one of the day crew let us use it for an hour as it was very hot outside ( > 45° C). Thank you.

Crew were really friendly and helpful. Common areas are very comfy and rooms too. The cook cooks delicious food, everything freshly made for you. Location is good, very close to Eastern group of Temples, around 20 min by walk to Western Group, but walk is quite enjoyable (unless is 40°C).

There is a balcony but not much of a view. Local power grid can be unreliable.

Staff were very attentive, personable & helpful including when I needed to find a tailor and needed a cool place to wait before heading to the train. A good breakfast is available for purchase among other meals. It was easy to walk to attractions and enough off the main road to be quiet.

We were kindly told we could check out late because our train wasn’t yet confirmed, only to find out at the end that we got charged a full nights rate for this.. Also if you want natural light in your room (private room) then book the room with balcony as the superior room has a window but there’s a wall behind it so it’s completely dark

A great hostel. Ideal location. Staff would do anything to help - giving info for safaris, waterfalls etc and helping us plan our trip, trains, tuk Tuks etc. Breakfast is nice here too and the rooftop was a lovely place to relax

Being a solo female traveller i always prefer hostel than homestays. Location was Good it's at a walkable distance from western temples and 500m from eastern temples. They also provide scotty on rent. And host was Good person. I didn't tried there food. Washroom and dorm was clean. Stayed in 8 bed mixed dorm which was big with window in it.

Apart from the hotel cafeteria, there isn't any cafe or restaurant in the immediate vicinity.

Spacious and ventilated dorms, hot water available, large common area on the roof, very friendly and interactive staff. Property is within walking distance to almost all temples in Khajuraho city. They also provide cycles and scooters on rent.

Great time at Moustache Khajuraho !! Comfortable beds and hot water, perfect location to visit both the eastern group of temple and the western group, basically for all the temples. Super friendly and helpful staff, Kadil helped me arrange safaris at Panna tiger reserve, especially at the ticket counter (lucky enough to see tigers btw !) It was a pleasure, 100% recommended, i won't hesitate to go back there ! And the food is delicious !

It was really a memorable stay. I must mention how courteous & helping the staff are. All the facilities and services were exceptional. The location of the hostel is good. Little bit away from railway station, but all the tourists places are not much far. They even served extremely delicious food, which was freshly prepared. They deserve a 10 out of 10.

I stayed here for 3 days, my experience was too good. Staff was too polite and helpful. The food was good. Dormitories are clean and maintained. You can have hot water unlimited for the morning bath in 8 degrees temperature 😀 i met rahul he is coock he made delicious food and additionally he can help you get anything you want outside. I am recommending to stay here.

The lack of space and room set. It's just a bed, a bedside table and a hanger. Sometimes the staff is very pushy in selling tours and other extra staff.

The staff is available 24/7, you can rely on these guys. Location is quite close to Western group of temples. Many services are available if you are interested.

Didn't have hot water when I woke up early to go to the western temples. Dorm beds would be better if they had privacy curtains.

Location was good for the eastern temples and old town. Approx a 15min gentle walk to the western temples. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was reasonably priced and good. Bed was comfortable and a good size.

I stay in 6 bed dorm only problem of mosquito which come in toilet block from our side wall there is open space so if you stay in 6 bed dorm keep in mind to always close the toilet door

It’s beautiful ,clean, centrally located. Walkable distance from the western and eastern and Jain temples and the museums. The staffs are very helpful . Very clean and well kept . Highly recommended .

Amazing property. They have 2 common areas, 1 is on the first floor which is very peaceful and is apt for working, meditating or spending time in solitude, and the other one is on the second floor where you can have delicious food, dance and socialize with people from all around the world. The property is well maintained and is hardly 5 mins walk from the ghats. Services like Laundry is also easily accessible. Best place to stay in Varanasi.
