No lift service in the facility means some people may miss on this otherwise wonderful facility.

The food served was very good at all times. We especially enjoyed having dinner on the terrace from where the view of the lake and the sunset was beautiful.

Access to the hotel was a bit tricky due to very narrow roads. Had to transfer from car to tuk tuk. But all part of a good experience for being lake front.

Rooms are very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to call out Rawan especially. I had an issue while travelling and he went above and beyond outside of work hours to help me resolve it.

Moustache Udaipur Luxuria boasts a breathtaking location with picturesque views of the city and the surrounding hills. The staff members were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests and the rooftop terrace offered a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the mesmerizing sunset over the city skyline.

The rooms were a great size and everything was clean. Great value for money. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The managers Nitesh and Pawan are great with the recommendations (they recommended a great puppet and folk dance show we wouldn’t have gone to without their recommendation). It is best to use them for organising a taxi to and from the airport as there’s 4 moustache hotels in Udaipur (they are all affiliated so they assist if you go to the wrong one). We ordered room service twice and both times were pretty good for room service standards.

Staff could have been a little bit more helpful on recommendations . Mostly tried to steer us to book tours through them rather than providing info.

The room was very nice, big and had a beautiful view of the lake. Location was a couple minute walk from the city palace, close enough to easily get around town but secluded enough to be quiet even during Holi. Rooftop tea and breakfast were huge bonuses as well. Staff was super friendly and only having 8 rooms left the property feeling more personal.

It wasn’t as clean as we had expected it to be. Their were stains on the bed sheets (also after they changed them after we spotted the stains the first time). Further, the windows and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. But it’s not „dirty“, so no need to worry. It could just have been better for the price you pay.

The hotel staff is very nice (special thanks to the managers - I only remember the name Pawan). They try to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Also, the rooftop is great and provides a perfect place to enjoy the sunset.

Really beautiful hotel with a room looking directly onto Lake Pichola. I checked in early due to changing hotels and Nitesh couldn't have been more accommodating and lovely about this, the room was wonderfully clean and perfectly furnished. All the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, this was an exceptional stay.

This property has a great location (kind of difficult to find at first but after that it is easy to get around). The rooftop restaurant has amazing views of the sunset and the lake! The rooms are great and the staff is even better.

Except the minor inconvenience that cars don’t go directly to the hotel, the staff go out of their way to make sure you don’t face any problems. They arrange an auto rickshaw for transfers. One small challenge might be that the hotel does not have an elevator so accessibility can be challenging if stairs are a problem.

A small boutique property, hidden in the narrow lanes of Udaipur’s old city. The property is simple but chic, very clean, the room was spacious enough for a couple and the view of the lake was the perfect backdrop. The breakfast was tasty and had good variety. But the experience of the stay was made wonderful by all the staff at the property. Pavan and Nitesh at the from desk did an exceptional job with making us not just comfortable but feeling taken care of. From arranging the auto pickups, to whatsapping us all the details about the hotel and site seeing spots without us even asking, to even making sure we didn’t miss our breakfast on both days of our stay, they made sure we had everything we needed before we knew we needed it. The service was also very prompt for anything we needed in our room. Lastly, a big thank you to them as they also accommodated a late checkout based on their next booking and really helped us out. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time at the Moustache Luxuria - so much so that we stayed an extra night. Pawan ensured we enjoyed all the sites in Udaipur and went above and beyond to help us. The hotel is in an excellent location with fantastic views of the lake from the rooftop bar/restaurant. The food (Inc breakfast) was also excellent. Thank you to Pawan and all at Moustache for making our stay so memorable.

We loved absolutely everything. Nitesh and Pawan(Tikke) were more than helpful in arranging the best options for our stay. Upon our arrival we found a handwritten welcome note and chocolate bars, and drinks in mini bar. Also, Tikke gave us complementary high tee, with foot massage and excellent chef dinner. He arranged us a tour guide for the town, and boat ride on beautiful lake. We were delighted with rooftop terrace and with complementary cocktails the sunset was perfect. We recommend this gem of hotel with all our heart, and are only sorry that we couldn't stay longer.

The bathroom was very small and the shower was not enclosed, so every time you had a shower the bathroom floor was completely wet. Our room was the Deluxe Double with lake view.

We really liked the rooftop area, the perfect place to watch sunset. The breakfast was very good too!
