Drinking water facility is available only at ground floor and one needs to visit it again and again with stairs to refill water bottle.

The property looks clean and it has the same rooms as shown in photographs but I visited it in the off season so there are no music events on the rooftop.

I recently stayed at the Hostel Moustache and was fully impressed by both the accommodations and the excellent service provided by the staff especially Meru bhai. The rooms were clean and neat. Moreover got to experience city skyline at night because of its rooftop. The staff were also so friendly and attentive, and ensure to get a comfortable stay.

I wanted an auto riksha arranged early morning (7am) for my check out as I had to catch a train, to which I was assured that it will be ready but later, I had to arrange by myself whereas I made sure that they remember. The payment got tricky with me with confusion of how much I paid and I didn't receive an email with a receipt. I was supposed to get 'change (cash)' Even if it was 100rupees or just 4 rupees, it should be there responsibility to send it to me rather than me having to ask for it another day. Apart from that the staffs were super polite and greets with smile.

One building doesn't have an elevator.My room was upgraded to a Deluxe one as I needed an elevator for my heavy luggage. The room was very pretty and the roof top was great as well. It was very safe even though there wasn't many guests or staffs. I was also picked up from Chand Pole while I arrived. Interestingly me and my luggage fit in their scooter. I enjoyed that

The staff were extremely friendly, especially Raj, the one who checked us in and recommended few places to try out. The rooms were aesthetically decorated. The rooftop also had a nice chill vibe to it. All the touristic place and restaurants were just a walking distance.

The rooms are up to 3 floors with no elevator, they do have a different location nearby with elevator tho so you can upgrade to that.

Great location, most places are walkable distance and has a great market nearby too. Hostel has cute stray dog they look after which was great too.

The location of the property is amazing. It is walking distance from the major attractions in Udaipur like the City palace, Jagdish temple, Gangour ghat, Bagore ki haveli, Ambrai ghat etc which is the best part. The staff is very very friendly and approachable. I had a really great time bonding with the staff and guests in Moustache. The vibe of the entire hostel is amazing. Special mention to: Anant, Shivam, Pratham, Riya, Deepak and others for making my stay so memorable. They suggested me so many unexplored places in Udaipur which was the best part of the trip. Love!

The only suggestion I have is that they should consider having a lift, especially when dealing with heavy bags or accessing rooms on higher floors for food or accommodation.

No exhaust fan in washroom of private bedroom. Little bit smell is coming from washroom. But if you are couple you should focus on other activity rather than rooms. Just book it 😉
