I had quite a delightful stay at this property. The view of Pichola Lake from their rooftop restaurant is breathtaking, I could sit there for hours together. Their hostel manager Hiba is quite warm and welcoming, she is naturally a great host and made me feel at home.

Difficult question! I loved everything, starting from the hosts, location, other staff memebers and what not. Given that I was staying in weekdays in kind of off_season, I planned to explore different hostels in 3 days of my stay. But Sagar and Hiba (the hosts) made sure that I never checked out and even extended it to 4 days. Made some really good friends during my stay.

The rooms were too small and the bathroom was also small , Air conditioning wasn't working few times but was resolved by staff but yet the problem prevailed , the place wasn't maintained as mentioned by staff that it was off season and also the rooftop restoraunt was closed

It was a bad experience. You cannot brush and bathe in smelly dirty water, water has caused eye infections. And the employees give me meaningless excuses.

Dorm were pathetic. So suffocating and claustrophobic. Bathroom was horrible , we couldn't use it for once . It was that bad . We have to sleep in common area because of that

Breakfast was good . All the places are in walking distance. Rooftop restaurant's vibe is amazing. Enjoyed the live music

The facilities are horrible. There were bed bugs in the dorm. The washroom was tiny. I could barely take a shower in the washroom. The locks in the storage didn't work.

The restaurant., I paid for my bouffe as soon as I pay they start winding it up., when I ask for food and all they it finished., then why they tell me that before. I really don't like the restaurant staff behaviour specially that recipient Girl (of restaurant) Moustache staff was brilliant.

Rooms were smelly. Lockers can be better. In my locker hinge was broken.

Liked the location and common area of the property but rooms and beds were smelly. Lockers was very unsecure, anyone can reset and your belongings can be theft (carry an extra lock for this). Music night was good.

Only location wise this is good Rest is all disappointing, on first day a torn half towel was given (I was in private room). Bedsheet pullover was dirty black. Tip- don't book the 4th floor rooms. They have cafe in 5th floor which makes lot of noise from their kitchen at late night and early morning. Second day I booked superior room which was too good ( hence two stars) I have paid 1500 as a booking amount but didn't go thru because of the UPI issue initially but later when I checked my account statement it's clearly deducted and still they asked me to pay that amount again since their statement didn't show this. They kept following me regularly for this but when I'm trying to follow to get my extra 1500 back their manager refused to answer on what's app

The washroom was not clean and the commode really very dirty (the other 3 dorm mates has also checked in on the same day). There shud have been cloth hanger behind the door. The upper bunk bed was little tricky to climb up (i have stayed in many hostels).

I liked the roof top cafe. The staff people are nice & helpful. The location is very good for bagpackers.

1. The dorm and the hostel was pathetic. It was firstly at 3rd floor which was too much to do up down with no lift service. 2. The staff is highly unprofessional. When I asked for my luggage to be sent to my room, it took them 30 40 mins to execute the request. 3. There was no hot water facility in bathroom. When informed about the issue, the response was oh we will give a heater rod for this. Am I paying here to do labour work or what? 4. There was no proper light and fan facility. Socket near bed wasn't working properly. 5. The staff member who also uses bed of female dorm was forcing me to share her food even after me politely saying no at first. Like don't they understand the meaning of a simple No ? 6. When I told about the issue overall I was facing and not satisfied with the services and asked them to refund my money, their response was people come here to meet new people. Like am I paying for a hostel to meet people or for the stay experience ? Over all I did not stay in the hostel and still awaiting for my refund as I shifted to a nearby hostel immediately. Moustache Udaipur is in pathetic condition. Only their rooftop looks nice. But when you see the dorm, it will be a big No no.

The parking was a little far but not too far.

The best thing was the thinking of making the best out of the available space. The lighting, the aura and the space in and around the property was awesome. The best part were the moustache people. They were the best part there. From curating our trips around the city to help explore the city on our own, they made sure that we will want to come back again even if it means just for a day. Worth mentions are Bhuvnesh, Pratham, Sachin and Anant(Chintu). 😜

1.) Bad WiFi connection....WiFi connections never worked It seems that they deliberately disconnect the wifi. 2.) Hot water struggle...since it's winter time and hostel claims to provide 24hrs tap running hot water service, which is actually not the case. I had to struggle a lot to get the hot water, made a lot of calls, requests, wait for long time to get the hot water, an unpleasant experience. 3.) Laundry service and wardrobe/storage place...for long stay tourists atleast they should facilitate with some storage place/wardrobe in the rooms and also provide some laundry services but no such facilities

ambience, interiors, veiws from rooftop restuarant, local tourist places are nearby, situated at the centre of the local bazar, rooftop restuarant "Athena" serves tasty and yummy food....staffs are friendly Special thanks to Pratham, Riya, Rahul and Bhuvnesh even interacted with few more frequent visitors at the hostel and they were freidnly too...overall a pleasant stay

Small bathrooms Dull lighting in common room area

My first time in udaipur did not feel like first They offer you great hospitality and fun activities/outings. It was my best hostel experience till date the stuff and the volunteer are the game changers they are super friendly, they take you on group tours (hidden gems/ offbeat places) fun to hang around with arrange game nights & movie nights it almost felt like a second home. Bonus it's very very safe for solo female travellers. Special mention to Riya pratham Bhuvanesh Anant and Shivam. Amazing team work catering towards making the place awesome for travellers. Loved the raita hills tour im gonna remember it forever. Not to mention Mr. Rahul ji one of the property owner the most humble and helpful guy i met.
