Food delivered little late may be too many order at a time

Nice place to stay, it was really clean and stafgs are helpful. Requested for car wash and they agreed. Didn't ask any thing for car wash, but I have given.

This is the best place to stay if your planning a trip at mysore..because they will provide transport facilities for sightseeing in a cheap rate.

"I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was highly disappointing. Despite the exorbitant price, an additional fee of 1000rs was demanded for AC, the room was cramped and uncomfortable, and basic amenities like coffee, tea, sugar, and salt were absent. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment and would rate it 0.5 stars. Avoid at all costs!"

Room no 306 we stay in 2 nights triple deluxe AC room we paid RS 6160 room is not worth room centre in pillar uncomfort AC cooling capacity low we used cooling temperature 17 turbo mosquito and cockroach there we properly not sleep in night I am very disappointed I won't recommend any body

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The AC worked well and the ceiling fan too. The location was convenient for all the sites of Mysore. We visited the Palace, the zoo, the market, the temple at the top of the hill and the railway museum. We also did some shopping and bought new clothes. Tuktuks were always waiting outside to take us where we needed. The staff at the hotel were excellent. Everyone was friendly and the manager at the front desk was especially helpful. He was quick to respond to all our requests, for more water, towels etc. and he offered us a late checkout without us asking as he knew our train wasn’t until later in the day. There is a restaurant next door attached to the hotel. They provide fast room service whenever needed. We will definitely return when next in Mysore and would recommend the hotel to others we know.

All was very good. If you are a light sleeper I recommend rooms away from the street side.

We loved the location with a good restaurant downstairs as well as being very close to a large supermarket. The staff were excellent and always looking after us. Plenty of autos around if you need to go anywhwere and not far from the train station. Rooms at the back upstairs were quiet and spacious with air con and fans. The hot shower was the best in India so far. Luggage storage is very helpful and if you dont want to leave your room they can deliver food from the restaurant to your room.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Restaurant next doors was good and inexpensive. Big supermarket across the street. We forgot some belongings (including a wallet with money) at checkout but they kept it for us so we could pick it up again

Location of the property is very near to all the major tourist attractions, The front office and the staff are very friendly. They have a separate car parking space which is very good, they also have a very good restaurant on the ground floor

We have limited time otherwise we could have been stayed there for another 2-3 days.

The location was exactly which is said in domain. What Google and other sites speaks it was same. The location was in the center position of the city and we enjoyed.

Hotel area was messy - dirty laundry piled up in the hallway, dirty mop left out in the corridor. Bed sheets were not clean. Not attention to cleaning detail. Elevator was having problems. All male staff congregate around the reception counter making the entry feel more like a men’s club than a hotel.

While observed, Charging of rental car for only few hours' either half day was not fair and disappointing. The staffs were rigid or hiding d actual expenditure n didn't agree to minimise or reduce, despite after several request and perusal. Hope they can do better in d long run.

Rooms were too small , facilities were not as per the charges. Corridors , staircase was always filled with used bed linens/towels , very noisy even when the doors were closed. Pillows were hard and flat , bed sheets were not very clean. No guidance for tourist places even though hotel was full with tourist.
