Bathroom facilities: Door was not closing properly. Main door key was difficult to operate. If they could make it automatic or provide smooth locks, it would be better. Location was good. There was one more hotel with the name Mukund and got confused. Google map location went to the back side road of hotel which need to be corrected and set right.

Room was neat and tidy. Location was reachable and accessible other than misdirected by Google map. Facilities were also good and is value for money. Staff behaviour was also quite nice. Hazzle free check in.

Stinky room

Room was not well maintained. Fans and lights were dusty. But staff was good. But please be more kind to provide extra blankets...the winter there is bones shivering.

Doesn't have electric kettle to get warm water.Everytime we have to call waiter to give hot water.And no landline phone is there in any room and if you need anything you need to call them from your phone

The indications of the position on booking and on google should be more precise and unambiguous in our opinion. The staff have to find the right way to be clear about the position for those who arrive in the city for the first time. Even the tuktuk drivers were not able to find it. And it is crazy, cause the hotel is huge and on a main road.

The structure is a large resort with several buildings, each with a green area in front of it (I think the suffix "garden" comes from this; for us it was very convenient for hanging out the laundry, which is always very useful! ..but beware of the monkeys). Important premise: if interested, specifically ask to stay in the building that has hot water, because the first -the one with the guardhouse/main reception- does not have hot water (the one immediately behind, let's say the second, does, and we choose that one). Don't esitate to ask: the staff is very attentive and kind, and although they don't speak English perfectly, they have always been available: for example, we arrived reeeeeally early in the morning and were very tired from a nightbus trip, and as there was no room with hot water available in that moment, they gave us the opportunity to rest by giving us the keys of another room, where we slept for a few hours, and then moved to ours when it was ready!! A very rare kindness. Another example: the guys who clean the rooms (upon request), or bring breakfast (there isn't a dining room, breakfast is brought to your room; nothing special, there's a small menu with options typically Indian, but everything was good, and even when we asked for something different - a western black tea, therefore without salt! - they managed to satisfy us) they are very smiling and kind, and the atmosphere is always carefree and pleasant. In general, even if communication in English is not always possible, we always understand each other and have a laugh together.

Everything needs to be improve as per price charging for the room and even breakfast too. Just can be stay enough well but not can expect anything more.

Utility water is extremely hard, it could not be used for brushing, hair & face wash. There was too much of power cut we could hardly use the AC. Room had lots of flies & masquitoes but the staff was supportive in providing necessary aid

It's excellent one. All staff & manager is adjustable & kind person. After chech out, they allow us to put our luggage in there office for hole day & permit us to fresh. And gave there office room for change.

It was not mentioned before on call that it will be two mattress to sleep on the floor for other two person in the room. Very disappointing. we had no option at that moment. We were 4 and all three was older persons, my parents and in-laws and hotel does provide mattress to sleep on the ground. It is not mentioned in the website either. They provided 2 towel even there was 4 persons, why not 4 - they replied we provide only 2. I mean, What the hell.

Cons: *Arrogant staff( was geting electic shock due to some faulty connection, but staff didn't agree..but had to,when finally 4th person was called to check) *Rooms in bad condition(dusty and stinky) *HARD water( difficult to use) *Though i have mentioned the location in pros, it can be noisy and disturbing for some. *Tv not working( for kids,in case) Had ignored previous reviews which had mentioned the same points and thought, "it's ok, let's adjust" but NO, not upto the mark!

The staff tried their best to help us. An additional bed was provided, and the hot water was present. It provides a laundry service.
