    Hopeless staff..Arrogant Manager.. Management was very bad..cleanliness was very dirty..we suggest don't choose this hotel. Staff was very irritating...There is intension of making only money and not connecting humanity... We suggest in our Marathi language " Sudhra Re Sudhra"...behena....

    everything right from front desk to service to facilities to in room dining. please remove this property from your list if you wish to maintain a certain quality in your offerings

    Not recommended, its horrible .They don't have towels, menu card is printed but whatever v order not available.. Though paid for breakfast in advance but only alu paratha served daily for 4 days, if v have purchased v would have saved much on it. Even animal bat was found in our room at night. Rooms are very small. Unprofessional. Rooms do not have strings to dry clothes even cupboard don't have locker to keep valuable. House keeping is rude they simply say whatever v are speaking is told by mgt, n ver following given rules. Mgt of hotel must check the fact n improve. As they are comparatively high rates. But not value for money. V ver very upset 😞😞

    While booking i have mention check-in timing 5 AM as i was travelling with my two kids and family, while reaching the hotel the manager told me the room is not available for another 4 hours, i have requested him continuously or either refund my money back, but he didn't come with any solution he keep me on telling either wait for another 4 hours or sorry..... As i don't have any options so i with my family waiting for another 4 hours after that he gave me a room ...which was really pathetic and give really bad smell after telling him the condition of the room he respond again by giving options that this is the only room we can provide...but as we have seen he treat or give proper service to the Bengali customer not to us like non Bengali ....one of the worse service + hotel .i have paid around 13000 for 3 nights but it's just a waste of money...but still i suggest that they can improve there service by changing there attitude.....Thank you for your service...............

    It was nighmare for me staying at Globe International Puri. I have been cheated by the Hotel.

    I have booked Deluxe room of tariff of Rs.5000 per night but provided with low grade faiulty executive room of tariff Rs.1950/- which is a clear case of fraud and chating. The hotel management and booking.com are jointly responsible for such illegal acts. The room services and facilities were also not to the mark. I have been provided with room no.302 during first 2 days stay, which has faulty comote and flush system and room no.210 during third days of stay which has faulty bathroom door. This is a clear case of deficiency of service by yhe hotel management. I have slso not been provided money receipt and invoice by the hotel against my stay.

    I liked closeness of the hotel to beach. Food quality was also good
