Area around the hotel was little bit busy and dusty but that's not the hotels fault.

Personell was super friendly and welcoming! We had a comfy stay. It is close to the terminal 2 of the international airport of Mumbai. We felt completely safe and people are so friendly! In addition we got a free breakfast. Thanks!

Complimentary taxi pick up from the airport, really clean room with modern fittings and a comfortable bed. And perfect for a short stay, before catching another flight. The staff were really helpful and even offered a free breakfast.

The staff could not have been any more friendly or helpful. Ishad who collected us at 2am.in the complimentary hotel taxi was most welcoming and cheerful. Large room, well equipped and a super comfy bed. Spotlessly clean. We had breakfast which was a buffet in their restaurant just down the road. The hotel may be in a rough looking area but it was perfectly safe and a much better option than the airport hotel which is noisy and twice the price.

Hard to say as every one did his best to make my stay a perfect stay.

Perfect location, very close to the airport when there is no traffic. Irshad, the taxi driver, provided for free by the hotel, as per their free pick up/ drop off policy, was most friendly. Poor but friendly neighbourhood. Check in was done very quickly in an extremely friendly way. Staff was most helpful from arrival to departure. One member of staff even took me to a restaurant not far from the hotel. Room was sparking clean. It will definititely be MY HOTEL when I next have to transit trough Mumbai.

Staff was So nice and polite, manager is awesome person offer prayer sheet and all, they provide complimentary drink and there are more drink available in the room while staying. we arrived early at the property due some travel reason but manager arrange room an hour early, this property will be my first property when ever i visit India. I am Food Lover also they have awesome restaurant cross street but they does room delivery. Thank you so much.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, room clean I will stay again - very close to Airport, if you are just couple of days in Mumbai saves time, with traffic. Car available to pick you up and take back to the airport included in the price of staying. Breakfast nice, all was pleasant 🙏😊

It wasn’t clear that the free breakfast is in a different building about a block away from the hotel, so be prepared to walk over. Car service is dependent on availability/traffic, so we ended up waiting an hour for the car and ended up not having enough time to go where we wanted to go.

Free car service was a major perk. I liked that they greeted us with juice when we arrived. Porters were very helpful with our bags.

Close to airport but very far from anything else. Tuktukdrivers would not bother to find the place, so hard to get back if you dare to leave for a while.

The staff was really nice and responsive. They offer a free pickup from airport. When we arrived they offer us the breakfast which we didn’t book. They helped us for everything at any time. They also work all day non stop. The room was clean and well furnished. We ordered food from the hotel restaurant which was really good and so cheap. Thank you to all Hotel Naaz Executive staff !

Best hotel if you need a night close to airport. The room was so comfortable and clean, with everything you need, free minibar and fruit, the staff were so nice and helpful, they will do everything to make your stay perfect. free taxi pick up from airport and airport drop very easy to even in middle of the night ( the driver was very nice and professional too ) Nice restaurant around the corner. Honestly the best hotel I stayed in India! :)

Bed a bit hard and could be wider Morning call at incorrect time (4am )

Everything was beautifully clean, staff helpful. Hotel car was very comfortable free pick up . Close to International airport. Quiet Aircon Refrigerator with complementary fruit and soft drinks also coffee in the morning!
