A true 3 star hotel

A true 3 star hotel.the best hospitality and services I never found in any 3 star. Neat and clean environment nice behaviour and support of staff, nice food delivery and room services that you expect at your stay. Good room size and Amenities. I really thankful to the reception staff of Naaz executive for the best they gave us.

Exceptional service from the time we were picked up at Terminal 2 by their excellent Staff named Irshad to the wonderful reception and housekeeping staff The room was very clean. Had all amenities. . The food was excellent especially the Biryani . haven’t had Authentic Indian food in long time.thank you everyone see you next Time.

Everything was perfect!

My mother and I were travelling to India for a wedding and had a stopover in Mumbai, so we were searching for a clean hotel close to the airport. Naaz Executive Hotel is a rare find in this city! The hotel has their own driver that picked us up promptly with an SUV late at night, he was very friendly, helped us with our luggage and drove us to the hotel, which is only a 10-15 minute ride in a quiet neighbourhood in the suburbs of Mumbai. It can get a bit sketchy there at night, I don't think it's dangerous by any means, just as a woman travelling alone, I would probably not be wandering around at night, during the daytime, it seemed fine! Inside the hotel, we were welcomed by lovely staff. They have a 24h desk and video suveillance, we received free water when we arrived late at night. Staff helped us with our luggage. The rooms are spotless, which is a rare find in India, super clean sheets, comforable beds, air conditioning and nice sized clean bathroom (European standard) with soap and toothbrush available. What impressed me the most was the amount of complementary drinks such as juices, sodas and larg water bottles, tea and coffee which are offered in the mini bar and a kettle in the room. They also provided us with complementary fruits and cookies in the room! This was a very nice touch. Breakfast is at their own restaurant down the street, you can also order in room service from their menu there. We were not able to get breakfast, since we had to leave so early in the morning, but that was okay. Water pressure was good, toilet was very clean. It was also easy to order an Uber back to the airport, it arrived in about 6-8 minutes. Be aware that travelling to South Mumbai takes around 1 hour. But since we needed to be further North, this was perfect for us. So all in all, this hotel is a gem in North Mumbai, staff is lovely and welcoming and it is the perfect hotel for an airport stopover as well as if you want to spend time in that part of the city!

The area they had hotel, its not like the area they are not far from UD vis or any sightseeing location. Its the road and smell. other than that its awesome.

They are wholesome and the work we went for got approved, so they even gave compensation for that, for family it is the best Hotel, even they will provide sightseeing. I recommend to use if you have spent lot of money on work and travel, it will be fun and worth for your money and work

The location of the hotel is not very good. But the hotel staff are trying to make up for that deficiency through their hospitality.

We spent four days here. The room was very neat and tidy. I would give 100 out of 10 marks for the hospitality of the hotel staff. It was that good. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff, especially Zakir, provided exceptional service. And the hotel driver Irshad, his care and behavior is like a family member. And one thing that needs to be mentioned is that the Uber we booked could not arrive on time because of the traffic. I even thought that I would miss my flight home. the reception staff promptly arranged an alternative, ensuring we made it to the airport on time. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

The stuff was incredible, from the pick up to their kindness at the check out. The gentleman that went to pick up us at the airport was very communicative, the hotel stuff were waiting for us outside and were very kind, they offered water, juices and fruits and were always there anytime we need. The room was exactly as the pictures, very clean with everything we need, internet very fast. Everything was great. I recommend this hotel definitely

This room was booked for my daughter on a long stopover in Mumbai. The hotel collected her from the airport by taxi and returned her at 2am, all of it free. The room was an upgrade, really clean, and exceptionally comfortable. They really looked after her whilst she had a short stay there. For the price it was exceptional

The area around the hotel is not the greatest, but the hotel and staff are really making up for it!

Everything is really top: rooms are clean, bathrooms are fresh, there is a working a/c and mini fridge! The staff is amazing, always ready to help (especially with transport). Room service with delicious food! And it's really close to the airport, so perfect as a first or last stop

Very welcoming and supportive staff! Clean room, A/C, fans, comfy king size bed with soft pillows and a lot of compliments from the hotel management. All you need to stay between flights and not only. Awesome restaraunt which is located just around the corner that offers a variety of tasty local food. Definitely recommend! Will come to the hotel in the future!

Only one thing: the breakfast buffet was included in the price and I like to take my time for having breakfast. At one point the whole crew kept staring at me and asking if I want to leave now even though I hadn’t finished. Please let people have their breakfast in peace, thanks!
