The check-in, and check-out experience was not very satisfactory for us. Any simple query was dealt with a "not my problem" kind of attitude. Also, we paid for the AC rooms but none of the ACs were working. When we queried, they said this time of the season we don't offer AC services but through booking.com they were happy to take your money. As I was with my family, it was not easy to move to some random new place, so I didn't make it into an issue, rather I focus on enjoying my time with my family.

The interiors of the place are amazing exactly as you see in the pictures. Everything was tidy and clean. The terrace is worth spending some time in the late evenings after a tiring day in Jaipur!

The room and location of the hotel was upto my satisfaction and rooms were as seen on the internet. There was hot water in the morning as promised by the management and the staff were friendly and the ambience in the hotel lobby is also nice. The location is ideal and close to bus stations and nearby restaurants.

The staff didn't allow us to enter the room while we already booked a room they just told us that you didn't pay in advance. Then i talked to the owner and convinced him and then they allow us to enter in the room.

Checkout time is not 12, but 11. Price asked was not the same as provided on booking.com, they said that GST was not added in the price.

Receptionist denied my booking till half hour .. Receptionist is Dishonest n full of stupidity and attitude....WASHROOM PRIVACY IS UNCERTAIN. No hot water in cold! So dirty bedsheets.

My reservation was abruptly canceled, therefore I didn't stay at the hotel. When I contacted them after arriving in Jaipur early in the morning, they informed me that they had canceled my reservation because I had not paid the booking fee; however, they made no mention of the deposit I would need to pay. A few days before the booking date, they just left a message on booking.com saying that I needed to pay the deposit or my reservation would be canceled. I argued that they should have called to advise me of the required deposit, and they responded that it was not their responsibility to do so. In the morning, I became stuck at the train station with a group of 3 families of total 12 people and  had to look for another hotel.

Everything else. No comforters given for sleeping and on asking weird reasons were given that didn't make any sense. Hot water only from 6 to 12 in the morning. Sewage smell in bathrooms. No elevator. No kid friendly. No family friendly.Non clean sheets.AC runs only at 26 ! Super weird.

They could have provided kettle for hot water(drinking). Otherwise, hot water will be provided on request but chargeable. Hotel location is bit interior and cab guys were not aware, but Google maps will show correct location

It's close to railway station nd metro station. Though little outside from roadside hustle bustle so you can feel the calmness of place. Convenient for tourists as majority of tourist attractions are closer from the place.

The receptionist and other staff was ride. There are lot of restrictions like 1- You can not get food after 10 as there kitchen closes 2- You can't order food from outside 3- You cant wash anything in washroom They are not at all courteous and after check out in case you want to keep your luggage for few hours they charge extra for that which is too much. This hotel reminded me of hostel ", you can't do this can't do that " and all
