Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaI had opted a room without a breakfast, however they didn't offer me a complimentary breakfast not even for a single day. I checked in very early and checked out late I paid the late charges also, but they didn't even give me a single bottle of mineral water complimentary apart from the 2*1/2 lts bottles that were there in the room. The lift was had a stanch. Half the hotel was renovating and to make it worst they had religious paintings above the bed.

IndiaThey didn't have any room service for delivering food to the room from the reception area. Had to collect it by ourselves. Didn't like that at all. They kept saying there was no one to send the ordered items to the room.
It was a good stay. Room cleaning service was excellent.

SpainThe location was not the one listed on Booking (the hotel was very nearby, but on a much noisier intersection than the listed address). The hotel supposedly had a spa, one of the main reasons I booked here rather than somewhere else...but there was, in fact, no spa. Also, there was not a restaurant on-site, just a "café" with limited operations. The window in my bedroom gave onto a noisy road and the window did not close fully.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was spacious enough. Basic amenities provided. Clean.

IndiaFirstly service was really pathetic, Have to ask to change the sheets as I checked-in , Rooms were stinky, washroom was shabby, bath tub had loads of dirt, shower hose was broken when the plumber removed it there was lot of nasty things inside the shower hose Staff and the management was really rude may it be kitchen or reception.For each andevery single thing had to call repeatedly and the responce from the tramway really unacceptable.When I aska cup orglass or cutlery the team tells you in return you have one glass u already have one cup.Thisis the kind of arrogance they carry. Everything is literally below expectations and absolutely disappointing. I am sure the owners of the property would definitely have different dreams n expectations from the team but sadly the ground reality is totally different nquite opposite to their expectations
