Hotel management offered me to drop to mall road by hotel car and I accepted the offer. After keeps on waiting for 45 minutes, but they could not arrange transport. They should not offer which they are unable to deliver.

Location of hotel is within Mall road. Room was nice. staff was helpful. I did not have breakfast in hotel as I realised that it was costly and I preferred to have outside.

The staff was extremely helpful. We made friends with everyone: Mayank, Mampi, Mathew, Vinod, Rahul, Chef Shishpal, Neeraj, Manpal, Vipul, Aniket, Arunima, Pankaj, Vikas, Vikesh, Purushottam. The general manager, Pulkit Bhagat, was leading the team from the front vis-a-vis just managing the team. The food was sumptuous. The terrace and the bonfire Christmas party on it were awesome. The rooms were spacious, clean and loaded with all the amenities, including heated beds! Heaven!

The car parking for this property is a big nightmare. Its almost impossible for a routine driver to park a car in side this property as it is on steep slope and there is no reserved space on outer road space. High chance of damaging the car as the road is steep and very narrow. One wheel of car was hanging in air while entering and exiting the steep and narrow parking space. Half of the rooms do not have any view at all. If you open the balcony, you will be facing a mountain wall at just 5-10 feets approx. Hence these rooms are not airy. Only rooms facing the valley view have good balconies and view but they are unreasonably costly.

Hotel Parking was under renovation and I had to park my car on the road. Breakfast had limited options to choose from. Also, didn't like the location (they say its near to the mall road however no one tells you about 150 + meters of step incline to reach mall road.

Cleanliness part. Towels were stained and dirty. After several request to change the towel, no action was taken. WiFi was pathetic or we can say zero network zone.

Rotten food was served I asked the staff to check it they check it and agree that some food was rotten and smelly. Due to eaten that rotten food My wife was sick and had a seven to eight time vomiting with stomach pain. I had also eaten that food and I had also stomach pain. Try to put the police complain in mussoorie police station.

I have booked this hotel by looking at pictures of the hotel provided on the platforms, but the Family room is pathetic i have booked this room for more than 6000 the rooms are so bad even they are outside the hotel. I have spoiled my trip by choosing this property. If you are a couple just book room with balcony thats it... hotel has no view and just one thing is good it has its own parking thats it. And kitchen is not working at my time so please confirm before giving them booking. My experience is 0
