The toilets don't have flush or bigger buckets to flush after use.

The owner and staff were polite. The room was clean and bedsheet was fresh. There were multiple bathrooms and toilets (indian style). Great pointers for cleanliness and location (given the price). Would definitely visit again.

Beds are not separated with curtains and because of that there is not too much privacy. For woman’s I recommend taking female room.

Manager refused to allow me to take a shower after checkout time. Most hostels are flexible on this. I lost an umbrella. No safe locker

I stayed in the dorm. It was quiet when I reached at 1 am as everyone was sleeping. The place was neat is what mattered. And I might recommend it to loners on a budget to stay here.

One of the staff was asking money for providing hot water for bathing. Asking money Rs. 25 per bucket, which was not meeting as per my expectations.

The property is clean, very nicely decorated, and with a good view from the balcony. Easily reachable from CSMT on foot, and many food options and marketplaces around. The entrance and stairwell leading up to the property look daunting, but in my opinion it added to the experience. The staff were very friendly.

For me this is the place to stay in Mumbai. Close to CST,Fort,Kala Ghoda & not to far to walk to Colaba. Staff are great & the Hostel itself is a very interesting piece of history & the neighbourhood to the north is good for food.Crawford Market is a short walk away. I'll be back.

My only complaint honestly is the wifi situation. There is only wifi on the floor with the check in counter so if you're on the other floor like I am, no wifi in the rooms. Which wouldn't be a problem except that that area is locked up overnight so there is no access to wifi at night for the upstairs rooms. (Which, in my case, no access when I needed to be online to talk to family back in the US.) Fixing the wifi situation would bring my rating from a 9 to a 10!

The staff are AMAZING! The owner is so incredibly kind. She helped me figure out what I needed to get done for clothes for my friend's wedding (as a person from the US who has never been to India before this trip) and gave me endless recommendations on where to go for shopping, food, and other things in Mumbai. The bed was also super comfy in my opinion. (I like firm matresses.)

Impeccable and faultless rooms in colonial architecture hotel ideally located in Mumbai that is a gem in bustling Mumbai. The welcoming and friendly staff add its value to what is already a great option by far. Local and traditional old fashioned vibes. Highly recommended.

cloak room facilities not there, some of the staff members were too arrogant, filtered drinking water wasn't there.

Room rent are very much under budget.
