We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaFront desk should have been more pleasant. I see rude interaction with front desk. Staff in cafeteria were very polite and friendly. Front desk should learn from cafeteria staff how to help polite.

The hotel is good, the staffs are cooperative and well-behaved. Facilities are good. The location is near the sea but far from the centre.

IndiaFrequent power cuts and backup power takes time sometimes. One night there was no power for almost 3 hours. 117 room door closes with big bang almost defeaning sound. No wifi which is sad. Air quality inside is not great and sometimes has odd smell particularly in room 118.
Nice location. Beach is good. Food is good in restaurant. Nice view of beach and ocean from balcony and room. Staff is friendly and well behaved.

IndiaThey have publicized the property having a PRIVATE BEACH which they don't have but the beach is just across the road and they gave us CHAIRS from the hotel to sit on .
We have been going to Puri for the past 50 years and this property surely stands out to be one of the best FIVE . Moreover...they had arranged a PANDA ( PRIEST) for giving offers to SREE JAGANNATH MANDIR at a very reasonable honorarium. Also arranged for a car for sightseeing. Very smiling & helpful staff .

IndiaThe hotel may explore to provide shuttle service to Shree Jagganthji Temple at regular interval and may include this into the hotel tariff. Local transport is limited to Autos (in case one is not having transport) which are a bit expensive, for a short knock of 3/4 Kms they charge Rs150 one way, which goes up to Rs 250 if the distance increases.
Food... Loved the in room dining service. Super food preparations. My wife and I enjoyed each every meal we had in the hotel. Breakfast too also good, although not too elaborate as one would experience in regular hotel chains but I was quite happy with their spread. Good staff, very polite and responsive. The Front office team was very efficient.

CanadaThey advertise ‘SAFETY LOCKER in the rooms’, which is not correct. My room did not have a ‘safety locker’. When I questioned that, I was told by the staff that they DO NOT have it in any room. They insisted for a “pre-payment” for a night just 4 days before my arrival, as a direct-deposit, although I had guaranteed my booking with a credit card. This requirement of pre-payment was not even mentioned at the time of booking. Got multiple phone calls and emails from that in this regard, which was quite disturbing and annoying.
Spacious room, with great sea view. Newly constructed. Nice restaurant. Nice, polite staff.
