Overall I feel satisfied with this hotel.

The hotel is clean and near main sightseeings (Bodh Gaya). The room is spacious with good facilities. The restaurant is good with the variety of food (they have indian food, chinese/singaporean food, intercontinental food) and it has reasonable price. The staffs are supportive and friendly.

No mosquito net, so we were eaten alive at night due to the balcony door being ill-fitted with gaps. Not worth booking a room with a balcony as there are too many insects. A lot of begging & attempted hustling from local people as soon as you leave the hotel. Rubbish & stagnant water surrounds the hotel on 3 sides. Constant noise on the road from sunrise to around 11pm - horns & traffic from main road.

Size of the room, welcome snacks & airport shuttle available. Staff were professional & friendly enough.

The hotel is situated after the police enclosure for the temple so we were not allowed to take our car. I kept on calling the contact person at the hotel but didn't get a response. We requested the police to allow us to go and after some time, they allowed us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Niranjana Hotel, Very close to the Bodh Gaya Temple. We celebrated my birthday and Hotel staff assisted us with all our requirements. Reception staff Sanjeev Sharma and rest all front desk team, forgotten their Names , thanks for the Restaurant staff , Housekeeping staff and Kitchen staff who always make delicious Food.

We never knew that though they said that they have upgraded is but the window opened to a garbage area after repeated requests also they could not provide a better room , we said we did not want a auto upgrade Which is ridiculous with a garbage view Charging 5k is not worth Bath tub water does not drain and no other shower area The food is served without spoons Intercom doesnt work

It's cleanest and safest place in Bodhgaya. Coming in really like home, staff is very friendly. Very nice breakfast with big choice of food for every taste. Restaurant cooks good Indian food. In the room was clean and spacious, beautiful view on the neighborhood garbage from the window. 3 min walk from the main temple and all other landmarks. We really liked staying there!

The room was not very clean to begin with and the cleaners seemed very lazy and unqualified. We were greeted by filthy towels (with brown spots in random places) and slightly dirty beds. The staff did not change bed sheets throughout our stay, leading us to believe they may not have done that even before we arrived. One day the cleaners took all the wet towels from our room and did not leave us new clean ones, and when we asked the reception to provide new towels, I had to explicitly point out to the staff which of the towels had huge red spots on them. A lot of mosquitoes.

Hotel is a bit old and rooms definitely need renovation. Lighting was terrible and hot water supply for show was not sufficient not stable.

No. of staff in the canteen is very minimal It should be increased in the peak hours like pitru paksha time in Gaya to cope with the pressing demands of the guests.. The limited staff in the canteen were good and tries really hard to fulfill the menu requirements of different customers but dishes were served very late ( by 90 minutes) .

The staff available in the hotel are very polite and courteous but the no. of canteen staff should be strengthened during important days like Pitru Paksh in Gaya . Otherwise , location of the hotel and size of the room are excellent. The quality of the food items were excellent.
