Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Okay I rarely (actually never) leave bad reviews. Let’s start with the good. The bed was really comfortable and I could sleep and if you have no other choice because of your flight connection it’s a good transit option. But i think next time I will take a cab and stay at a cleaner place because there was black mould EVERYWHERE. Behind the entire wallpaper was black mould. I took pictures. You can smell it too. And for the love of god don’t get a massage or treatment at the 02 spa. It’s like abuse the staff stopped like 3 times for personal phone calls and let me just lay there for many minutes… not relaxing at all. The breakfast was okay. But for 150USD a night, Jesus. Save your money and take the Hilton or The Leela.

IndiaGetting to the property is a big hassle. Barely any outside staff knows where the hotel is. Somewhere in P4 was the guidance. Though it is situated within the airport. We had a car full if bags, we had to park somewhere far and drag the bags all the way to the hotel. There were no porters also to speak of to help us unload.
Very convenient you just have to take couple of lifts for departures

TV not working and room charged on card in £ without choice being offered, increased room charge from 17,000 rupees to £195, a markup of £25 which has to exceed any bank exchange costs. Was rectified on request but felt like sharp practice.

United KingdomThis hotel is perfect is you need a stop over in Mumbai. Very convenient as you don't need to leave the airport. The staff are very helpful and friendly at Reception and in the restaurant. Room and bathroom are a good size with everything you need. No windows as in the airport. The food was very good. Would recommend.

United KingdomIt is very difficult to find if you are not in the terminal eg you are departing from Mumbia. Make sure you get directions from the hotel . The rooms are small without windows with very poor insulation . I thought someone was in my room but it was my neighbour moving around .
This is an airport hotel located on the lower level of the airport facility so easy to get to departures .

United KingdomCold water in the shower. AC wasn't working properly - we wanted to raise the temperature slightly but it wouldn't so we were very cold. Safe wasn't working - we contacted the staff they said they would fix it tomorrow and we would have already checked out by then.
