There’s no window in the room at all, there was a bit of food from the prior guests on the bathroom floor, in the morning the lights in the bedroom didn’t work and my phone hadn’t charged so something happened with the power, the breakfast was pretty average

The front desk staff were not responsive to calls or messages prior to check in . It seemed that they were short staffed .

For the price, the rooms could have been slightly bigger. So I wouldn't say its value for money. I cannot fault it for anything else.

Located at level 1 P4 of terminal 2, its very convenient to access from the international terminal. No need to leave the terminal building. The rooms are however quite compact. Basic facilities in the room but functional.

Holes in bedding, we have stayed here before and there were holes then and same now. 3 pillows for 2 people so I asked for another which never came. Air con comes on in noisy blasts throughout the night which doesn’t aid a peaceful nights sleep before an early morning flight which was the whole point of booking it.

Location is perfect for travel to or from Mumbai international airport. Bed was comfortable, room size just right.

You can not have car drop at door step of hotel. You can hear sound from corridor so not well sound proof. Lsck pf coordination between shift staff. We ordered Airport Portal service in the evening and morning staff did not know about it when Portal service did not come. Not really value for money.

When the booking was done it was mentioned it is for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 16 & 9years .. upon asking for extra bed i was asked to pay the charges of 2500+ taxes ..which was not good as same was not mentioned anywhere while booking was done.

Not ideal to have a room without windows but understandable I guess. One major issue is that I was allowed to book BEFORE I knew that you have to be going to or from T2 at Mumbai airport - and it's not always that easy to know whether you are doing that. I would have liked much clearer upfront statements to that effect so that I could have found out before booking.

Fantastically convenient place to stay when transiting through terminal 2. Excellent customer service, decent food, and quiet stay in a comfortable bed.

The beds are very small! We booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids (but not small anymore), but the beds in the room were only about 1,3m wide, which is not enough in case you have 2 beds like this for 4 people.

Nothing special, breakfast looks like an aiport lunch.

The walls seem to be very thin, so you hear everything from outside, even from other bedrooms (babies crying, man speaking on the phone, showers, corridor, etc.) Also the check-in should be faster (took long time) because if i pay 110 dollars and only have 4 hs to be there, i don't want to lose one single minute.

Late and poor breakfast. Service was really bad. Breakfast was supposed to be at 9 am, at 9:15 we asked at the reception about it and they said, it will be in 10 minutes. In 9:40 we called reception and they very rude said 10 minutes again and hang up. Breakfast arrived in 10 pm.

Great place for long layover. Easy to find, near restaurants. Spacious room, clean, modern. Well equipped - hairdryer, kettle, sockets with different plug types.

The rooms have no windows. There is nothing else I could fault.

The hotel is well located for late arrivals, departures, transit etc. Great not having to leave the airport and the beds are really comfortable. The restaurant food is delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fabulous!!! I still find the price a little high, especially as the rooms have no windows. However, for a night it's perfectly acceptable.

World record in moving furniture, which you can here from every angle. Walls made from paper. Without earplugs impossible to sleep. Restaurant under construction. Breakfast is quite bad, just some white untoasted toast and omelette. Expected more for the price.

The location of the hotel , more particularly access or exit from the hotel, is a very difficult distance for person unable to walk. Ask them how a passenger has to arrive at hotel from city and the instructions are to leave the taxi/uber from city at level 10 of departure at Terminal 2, not enter the departure area but take the lift to level 1 and then cross the street (!!!) to gate P3 to enter the hotel. This is bizarre and totally difficult for a person such as my wife and myself, unable to walk. When I have to reach the departure area later to catch my flight I have to contact the duty manager of hotel. Hopefully wheelchair assist will be provided

Everything is as good about this hotel as with any good hotel, except the location is very difficult to reach or exit for person like myself who needs wheelchair assistance
