How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Since it was inside the airport, it didn't have any window in the room. I wouldn't stay there for more than one night but it was definitely a very convenient spot. Taxjs stands were right out the front too.
We had a very late night flight in Mumbai so we are so glad the hotel is right at the doorstep of arrivals. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was decent size and clean.

The man that checked us in was extremely rude and unpleasant. We clearly arrived at shift change so there were lots of staff but no one willing to check us in. The man that eventually did check us in was not keen to deal with a woman and kept addressing my partner. The room was small but very nice but we did have to ask for two towels.
Location was great as inside T2 at Mumbai airport

No windows in the rooms! For some it might be claustrophobic!
Right inside the airport, the hotel is a perfect stay for 3 to 12 hours layover! Super comfy queen beds, good bathroom with hot water and very silent. Perfect for a sound sleep! Nice restaurant with delicious food with bar!

The rooms were a little small
Th location was ideal for an overnight stopover. we arrived at midnight and checking was speedy. The breakfast had ample choices and food was replenished regularly so it was always fresh. the service was excellent. Our waiter Annikend was so helpful and went out of his way for my husband who has problems swallowing.

Restaurant was expensive. The food we ordered biryanis and chicken was tasteless and got loose motion. Not worth the price.

A bit noisy especially late in the night. The room assigned to me was on the same floor as the reception area so there was constant traffic and noise all night long.
Convenient location for connecting between international and domestic flights. Helpful staff. Special thanks to Mr. Sahil and Ms Mansi for all their help.

Simply the only option if you dont want to leave the Airport. For stopover between flights in the middle of the night the perfect option, as it is inside the terminal and simply super practicable.

The room is not very spacious for the price and has no windows.
The location is in the airport so very easy for a transfer. The staff is very helpfull, Sahil was there for every question.

Internet connection is bit difficult but ok to manage. Check in counter and attitude of the staff at the counter can surely improve. This is the second time I am checking in and it seems they are always in a hurry and patience levels are bit low for them.
Room is ok. Good size room and better facilities including the size and quality of the bed. That is very important for some one who travel and use these transit hotel in between flights. Spa is of good quality and please try.

The air conditioning was too cold eben if I tried to adjust the temperature, the bed size is very small (I had booked the room for 2+2 and did not receive any additional bedding).
