IT IS NOT A HOTEL, IT IS WORST THAN A MOTEL, DO NOT GO FOR IT, IT IS RUN BY GOONS AND THEY HAVE MULTIPLE NAMES ON BOOKING.COM WITH SAME PROPERTY. "NATURE VALLEY RESORT", "GREEN VALLEY RESORT", " AACHMAN VALLEY RESORT". THE LOCATION IS WRONG ON THE WEBSITE, THE PROMISES LIKE BREAKFAST, LOCATION, REVIEWS AND NAME OF THE PROPERTY CLAIMING TO BE "4 STAR" AND EVERYTHING IS A LIE. DO NOT GO FOR THIS MOTEL. My experience in sequence:- I found this hotel with higher rating, i checked few ratings and all were good, but after the stay found that they take your booking.com confirmation pin to post reviews about their hotel from customer's account. (they dont let you check in unless you share the booking ID and confirmation pin which you normally dont bother about as it is not OTP or password). Location was showing on the map in the main city shimla. but on the day of my booking i got call from property and they guided me to a different location than what is on the website, and said the location on the site is wrong. they demanded 25% advance after the reservation by contacting me on call/whatapp and denied to promise the reservation unless i paid and confirm. The actual location is 18 KM / 1 hour away from main shimla city and it is in middle of no where, road is very risky to drive, its a mud and steep way for another KM. with no sign of any other hotel/restra/shop etc. i reached there at night around 8.30 PM with my 3 year old son and wife, by following the guided location, when i checked in, they showed me a PATHETIC ROOM with burned quilt, stinky mattress and pillows, broken windows, rusty washroom, nothing like a hotel but like a cheap motel. They promised me breakfast as per my reservation, but they didnt have cheese for omelet, No bread for sandwich, No tea or milk etc,. they said we have chef menu for breakfast which is "ONLY PARATHA". and nothing else.

Nothing at all, This is not a hotel it is a motel, these people are goons, and you must stay away from them.

The walls in the rooms were full of mold and super cold. Family room was small and not the right size at all. I had to ask three or four times for a heater. There was no parking and wifi didn't work either. Forgettable stay, checked out in one night instead of staying for 3.

We stayed at family suite. The hotel room not well maintained. The roof cement coming down and no response from front desk when complaint was made. There is inadequate parking space. The food quality not good and cost is high. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

location … it is very offbeat place … the property is 4.6km away from mashorba but last 600 mtr was almost straight steep road in the valley … and the road was not made properly. our stay was for 2 days but we stayed there only for one night. finding this hotel is also task and interestingly there staff cant guide for they themselves are clueless.

Peaceful and very close to nature. I spent some really good time here and celebrated my wife's birthday. Would like to visit again soon.
