We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaI was offerred a discount coupon for the bar, however was not able to use it as the timing was limited to 8pm. I had a full day tour and was disappointed not to have used the coupon. The staff were not empowered to make a decision to serve though I reached the Bar after 08Pm. The washroom Hand shower holder was broken and is not replaced and one notices a wet patch on (on the corridor side) on the wall while entring the room, perhaps some leakage from the Bathroom (Room 508)
The Breakfast spread was good, however the quality of preparation was far from authentic. Ex: I tried the Idli's which were hard and spongy, the Chutney's was a far cry from being south Indian. The Chole Batura's were too oily and flaky, the Masala omelette was generally a fluffy plain omelette. The Dal we tried during Dinner was good and the Roti's as well as Naan were very good. The Chicken Masala Tikka was good too.

JapanThe only thing was the food. You guys really need to work on the dining and taste of the food. The food is of course overpriced considering it’s 5 star, however the quality and taste is 2/10. We tried multiple things and it was below average.
The service was fantastic. The staff were proactive and everything was clean and organized.

United KingdomThe stench in the Bathroom was very very bad. Bathroom stayed filled with a giant ammonia gas ball. Did bring it up with the cleaning guys twice & the reception & house keeping department, but nothing they could do helped. Avoid Room 615.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room was also very comfortable. We decided to have dinner at the hotel one evening, and the food was exceptional and the staff were fantastic! If we were to return to Chandigarh, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again!
