Beautiful hotel. I stayed 1 night before my flight to the UK. The room was lovely. The breakfast was really good, so much choice. I used the pool in the morning and thought the pool and beds were great too.

There were construction noises audible from the bedroom located on 10th floor, all night till 4AM, I found it very difficult to sleep.

Other than being close to the airport this hotel is a long way from the beach and city, where all the tourist sights are. Nothing in the area to see or to do

Pick-up was expensive, more than 10 times than we would have paid for a TukTuk. Mosquitos flying around and biting you at the reception is something I would not have expected at a hotel of this category.

Very close to the airport. Pick-up service was provided and reliable. We had a quiet night, despite being close to the metro and a busy street.

Everything was excellent and they even provided us with a prayer mat without asking for one. Very near to the airport. Should provide a free drop off to the airport because it's very close to the airport

Good spacious room with coffee table and high speed internet. There is an extra sleeping space where kids can sleep. The bathroom is clean and spacious. Slippers available in the room.

The hotel has views over skyscrapers and slums - as do many in Mumbai it’s the nature of the City - just something to be aware of.

Great quality and value for money hotel close to Terminal 2. Lovely rooftop pool. Nice top floor bar. Excellent breakfast and dinner menu.

Good standard hotel with a beautiful lobby with great rooms. An oasis of calm to unwind while travelling. Helpful and efficient staff. Only 10 min drive to the airport. Recommend as long as the prices don’t increase.

I wasn't keen to sign up with Accor just to use the wi-fi, so I just used my own personal hotspot. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this property. Sadly, you'll still have to contend with Mumbai traffic if you go anywhere in the city. 😎

As a pilot, I travel the world and stay at many, many hotels. By far, this has to be one of the best airport hotels I've had the joy of staying in. I wish I could recall all the names of the staff by name, but I cannot. That said, from the security guard assisting my mother up and down the stairs, to the bellhops, the front desk staff, housecleaning, and entire restaurant staff, cooks and all, there was not one employee who I thought was not meeting or exceeding expectations. The hotel indoor climate is exceptional. The decor was exceptional. Lighting is exceptional. The facilities in and outside of the room were exceptional. HVAC cooled the room nicely, and glass was thick to prevent noise. Water was hot and had great pressure in the shower. I even used their laundry service and the clothes were so nicely cleaned and folded. All-around, when I return to Mumbai in the future, I will stay at this Novotel.

Really great hotel. Overnighted before flight back to U.K. very close to airport, about 5 mins drive. Room good size and very clean, bed super comfy, excellent shower. Communal areas and restaurant stylish, breakfast extremely good, fresh and varied, staff from front desk through all lovely, helpful and respectful. Nice pool on roof. We will definitely be staying here again.
