Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Great location, friendly staff. Tried Buffett breakfast and dinner at Gourmet Bar. Dinner portion sizes are sumptuous and tasty. Breakfast was hit and miss, few items good and few didn't meet expectation for e.g. Fried idli, poha, Vada were ok at best.

Everything was fine. Close to the airport but very very busy area! It's better not to go out during rush hour. It met the Novotel standard above average. The receptionist, especially the young gentleman who checked me in, was very professional, polite and friendly.
