The breakfast and the meals were excellent and covered various cuisines around the world. The chefs including Sanjay under Naseem the head chef who was always around checking things did an excellent job. Sunil Kumar the Restaurant Manager was efficient and so were the Reception staff- Nayan who made our check in seamless. Special mention to the other Reception staff Saif and the others whose names I forget who always served us with a smile. The staff who carried our baggage and the watchman all did a wonderful job.

Warm welcome from the staff. Available for any ask. Made us feel home. I would definitely recommend a stay there. Chef there cooked food to our comfort. Hotel is very close to maha bodhi temple as well.

Lack of coordination between hotel employees

Cleanliness of the hotel premise. Hotel administration was quite accomodative to my request for cancelation of my one day stay due to COVID concerns as only few people in the town including law enforcement agencies were wearing face masks or following COVID appropriate behavior.

All the staffs go extra mile to accommodate your request. We were a big group (14) and both kids & elderlies in the group - all of them loved the stay. Breakfast was yummy & ad-hoc requests were always welcomed - Desi Chai was superb :) - Special thanks to Birendra & team. Gym at top floor although small is a bonus for quick cardio. Other than a minor miscommunication between restaurant & front desk w.r.t billing it was just a perfect stay. I guess it was because few staffs are new but I am sure it will get better with time. Thank you for having us.

Bodh Gaya is a bit dusty so think about taking eye protective glasses if you are sensitive. If you have to travel to or from the hotel around noon there is a lot of traffic, plan ahead! It took us almost two hours to get to the train station (we left before noon and arrived at 13h30). Usually it takes 25 minutes. Thankfully the hotel-arranged transport was very comfortable and had A/C.

Very clean. Excellent staff. We are a vegan couple and they offered us many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are very serviceable and helpful. The room was bigger than we expected, with bath and shower (yes, both) in one side, wash basin and the toilet in its own compartment. The bed linnen was clean (no hairs, no stains). There was a flat screen TV with Hindi and English channels. A mini-fridge, table with chair, sofa and coffe table. The A/C worked perfectly and was very silent. We were able to order room service and they offered a laundry service (at very reasonable prices). They will also set-up transport to go see the temples (Mahabodhi for example) which I recommend since walking is almost 1 hour and it gets hot fast (Bodh Gaya is at around 33°C with 75% humidity in early October). They offer transport to the Gaya JN train station and Gaya airport. They have 24-hour reception.

staff behaviour should improve, front office team is well behaved but the restaurant staff seemed grumpy. wifi was viryually non -existent.

wifi never worked, in fact it did not even complete login stage. The bathroom shower would get clogged instantly. Breakfast was as tasteless as it can get. decent spread but except for made to order Dosa's the rest were like eating cardboard.

High and variable charges for the taxi if you book it from the hotel, at reception one day staff informed me about the fair from hotel to the airport around 1000 inr and next same person asked me 1200 for the same route. I think they need a price template which will avoid confusion
