I was extremely disappointed with the lack of smart tv for a high end property such as yours. The limited cable channels, just an handful provided were average. The bigger problem was I had to call in 3 or 4 times the front desk to activate the channels, which seemed to expire within 2 days. This was highly aggravating as one expects better from Prestige group.

I give the staff 5 stars. Staff like Himanshi, Sunil, Chandrima and Gaurav were extraordinary. These are the people that make your property great by delivering exceptional service to guests, which will keep bringing them back.

Repairs and issues with the room - Starting with room lock and key cards. Until doorlock got repaired, it use to work only onetime. First day of stay this has been an headache going up and down to the reception quite a few number of times. - Creaking and high AC noise. We complained at night 11PM, staff was quick to provide a temporary solution but it was irritating for all the nights. - Unusual sounds from fridge and false ceilings. - On a new Year night adjacent room had a heavy music system and crowd, which was very disturbing. We complained about it too but didnt stop atleast for next 2 hours. - Breakfast was almost same for all the three days with very minor changes. - Price of food in the "Soul City" restaurant is higher than surrounding restaurants. - Price not worth it for a room with so many problems.

- Location of the property - Facilities like - pool, Gym, Spa etc. - Room was spacious with plenty of amenities like stove, microwave, washing machine etc. in addition to regular ones. - Staff were pleasant and courteous. Service was quick in providing housekeeping, room service and repair.

Room service was super slow Except a few , the staff is very rude . No one picks up the phone at the front desk or other departments when in need . You got to call several times . Head of operations , during the breakfast next morning was a little unpleasant to deal with . His attitude was really bad and gave really poor service , spoiling the Sunday mood totally .

Problems with door, leaky shower and very old TV screen. The staff at the breakfast are very slow and inefficient. At times there were more staff than guests, yet the service was ludicrously slow and disorganized. Mix up with Tea and Coffee multiple times! No alternatives to dairy milk, despite many requests. Stairs are almost inaccessible.

The location is great. Very convenient. Good Gym and fitness center. Staff at reception, security and guest services, are attentive and professional.

Property age is beginning to show. A redurbishment is due. Breakfast is limited and frankly deteriorating over the years.

centrally located , easy to walk around the city which makes it perfect . the staff are extremely accommodating and pleasing. Darshan at the front office provides excellent service making it a home away from home. Stayed there 4 weekends and will come back again.

parking it is horrible because itcis inside the UB city mall, they charge you for the 24 hrs parking and if the allotted place is full the reception was telling that I have to pay double for the 24 hrs, first time in India I have seen someone charging for the car parking
