Fan and a/c a bit noisy.

Nice room in a good location- near the ferry and a short auto ride away from the market. Limited breakfast but very tasty. You can order meals on the lovely upstairs balcony. Helpful owner, Ravi, who helped arranged our ferry tickets.

The room is a little cramped up. The side tables of the bed are very small. Our room didn't have enough space to store our luggage. A spacious counter to place a camera, mobile phone, purse, water jug/bottle, glasses, and a small backpack was needed.

Good view of Phoenix Bay from the terrace. The room is comfortable, neat, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is very good, Very good breakfast. But the best part is the staff of the hotel. Anarul is the only staff you will meet here. He is young, mild-mannered, and always smiling.

Location is within residential area and on the slope. AC in the room was leaking water. The entire property is managed by only one person who takes care of checkin, room service as well as kitchen service.

View from the terrace is very good. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty and the manager, Anarul was always available for any help.

Only 1 staff during our stay...who was not there to receive us and guide us to our room when we arrived so there was nobody at the reception to welcome us and the gates to the building were closed...we stood outside for a good 15 minutes till our cab driver opened the gate for us and kept our luggage outside the building...hospitality is not that good or welcoming as nobody was there at reception and we were so tired from travelling all the way from Neil island to Ocean terrace, port blair!! I did not know this is a homestay, I thought it was a hotel...

Location from airport and cleanliness of the room! The owner was kind enough to send me tea bags, milk powder & sugar sachet when I asked for it as electric kettle was already provided in the room without these.

The owner and staff of this B&B were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable. Krishna the caretaker makes really delicious food. The view from the top floor is quite amazing and the location is conveniently close to the Haddo jetty.

Very clean, well maintained. the staff who manages the rooms and reception also cooks, and he cooks really delicious meal. we heartily enjoyed our simple prawn curry during our one day stay. definitely recommend.
