Location was very good to explore, places to eat and drink near by. Good shopping very near. Staff is friendly and has a lift . The street in front of hotel is under works but you can ask Uber to leave you at the mall, Super close 1 min walk.

The property is in the centre of Bangalore. Good restaurants around. The staff are very polite and nice. Quick service - we asked for an iron box and they were quick. Nice property over all.

1) The A/Cs work, but cooling wasn't adjustable, so felt a little hot at night. 2) The balcony was exactly facing an office building's window, which prevented us from using it more. However, I should mention that these problems weren't dealbreakers at all, and I'll be returning to this property soon!

The location is right next to Garuda Mall. Very centrally located, but peaceful and quiet. Good light and ventilation, well maintained facilities. TV had all Netflix, Prime, Disney+ Hotstar, etc. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Food provided at the property is also decent. 24/7 unlimited drinking water available at the coolers placed on every floor. Good bottled water is also available on request. The basic cutlery provided in the kitchen was very clean too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The property is very well maintained and the hospitality staff makes the experience very pleasurable. Special mention to Harish and Hemanth who were there to politely assist us during our stay. Highly Recommended.

Morning breakfast is horrible! All the old stuffs were kept even with out heating. Milk for porridge is not hot. Spoiled potato was stuffed in Masala Doosa . Even the Doosa batter is sour in taste. They need not put breakfast instead they can reduce the tariff

This place is located next to Garuda Mall (walkable distance) which is an added advantage to avail variety of food court options and kids play area as well. The hotel is in the middle of a residential area and well maintained. Peaceful location and away from street noise. Parking facility available which is an added advantage but with limited spot Lift available, RO water available on each floor. Since it is located in the city food door delivery options easily available.

The towels need to be changed. The towel lint was shedding when I used it. The water was continuously leaking into the pot. It's just a lot of water wastage. The plumbing was being repaired in other rooms so I'm assuming they'll work on it too.

This was my second time staying there within a span of one month. The location is perfect and the staff is really helpful and polite. There were maintenance activities going on which shows that they care about up keeping the hotel. There's space to work with good WiFi.

It would be nice if they include tea/ coffee in the room service menu. The towels look like they've reached the end of their life, it would help if the management replaced them. They weren't dirty or stained, just old. New linen would be helpful too. Again, it wasn't dirty, just old.

The location is perfect. The staff is polite and helpful. Special shout-out to Harish, Pavitra, Praveen and Moin. They ensured that the check in process was seamless, my request for early check-in was possible and that my stay was comfortable. They have a working space with a coffee machine and fast internet on the top floor so it's perfect if you need to work. The breakfast is basic but good. I've booked it again for the last leg of my trip. All the best to the team!!

Food could have been better.

It's well worth your money. The place is not too far from city center and therefore the location is apt that way. The staff were very helpful. One of them even brought us a spare plate, seeming to understand that we might need it! The receptionist Pavitra was really helpful by helping us through a smooth and hassle free check-in process and then even helped us with breakfast even though it was late, by bringing it herself. Wish her and the rest of the staff all the best.
