The managers and staff were friendly and super helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Pet friendly and comfortable. Kartick helped me with every little request and his hospitality made the entire stay better. I would definitely recommend this property (especially if you have pets) and will absolutely book again when I’m in Calcutta!

Bed needs a topper, sometimes banging noises coming from the ceiling when washing machine is finishing spin cycle.

There are washers on the rooftop but they seem to be used for washing the flat’s sheets and laundry (when I went up, they were all full of unattended laundry). I wish they would have a couple of washers exclusively for use of the guests.

We love the apartment. The location, the facilities and the staff (esp Karthik) were top-notch. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements and for us who stayed a week, this was really important. The balconies were lovely and I can imagine, if the weather was better, say fall or winter, it would be a cool place to hang out.

My experience at Olive Serviced Apartment in Salt Lake, Kolkata was excellent. The Superior Studio apartment matched the photographs exactly and was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. Its convenient location, only 7-10 minutes away from my office in Sector 5 Salt Lake, was a big plus. Karthik and Basu provided outstanding service, making my stay even more enjoyable. While Zomato and Swiggy deliver here, I highly recommend trying their fantastic and homely breakfast and dinner options at a very reasonable cost. With a 24/7 security guard at the gate, safety was never a concern. Additionally, Uber was readily available for our late-night flight, adding to the convenience of our stay. Overall, a highly recommended choice for travelers in Kolkata.

This a is by far the best short term apartment that I have used in Kolkata ...im regular with them (myself and family)and they never let me down. The locations are excellent , the furnishing of the apartments are excellent with all the amenities you need and more. The place is safe secure , very well maintained ...even if something goes wrong they respond immediately and have people to fix respond even on weekends and after hours... i would recommend Olive.

It would lovely staying in the property as the apartment which I booked is a superior apartments comes with the all amenities that is high speed internet facility in the apartment , with a washing machine and the apartment which I got is with a balcony The apartment supervisor Karthik helps a lot in the check in formalities and I would recommend olive.
