Breakfast buffet had the most limited items, one cannot call it a buffet, service is slow often I have seem only one waiter manage more than 6 to 7 tables which makes service awfully slow.

1. Lack of coordination between the reception and restaurant teams. Had billing issues. 2. Unstructured functioning. For eg. The room wasn't cleaned when we went out during the day. Had to get it cleaned after we were back. 3. The hotel should check on the room facilities like ac, tv. The AC remote wasn't working. None of the tv channels were available.

The food at the restaurant was good.

When we checked in after returning from Hampi, we were told they were fully booked and didn't have a room for us. We explained that we had a reservation from booking.com but the duty reception staff said he knew and tried to contact me but couldn't reach me. We thought this was totally unacceptable. After some protest he finally said he would let us check in to a single room then a double room later in the afternoon. Thankfully after this unpleasant episode everything was alright then. Nonetheless, this unprofessional encounter should nerver have occurred.

We stayed there one night before and one night after our Hampi trip. Both rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, the bathroms are up to Western standard. Its location between the airport and the railway station suits us well. We didn't expect anything about the surrounding but was delighted to discover the nearby Tolankere Lake, we enjoyed a lovely late afternoon stroll, and love the amazing Creek Cafe by the lake. We also tried the onsite restaurant on the top floor, it offers panoramic views and serves decent food at reasonable price.

Wifi connection wasn’t up to standards. During booking process it wasn’t made obvious, that the rates at booking.com are without breakfast. It’s mentioned on confirmation email only.

The Omatra management tried to rip off booking.com by claiming guest never checked in so that they keep profits to themselves. A small town hubli mentality indeed. I supported booking.com to claim their fair share as they were trying to cheat booking.com. You are paying for the website service booking platform and don’t try to cheat your own vendor. Beware of Omatra management. Unethical

location is quite calm and peaceful but seems to be bit far from central market, and also there was lots of disturbance from neighbouring room occupants

Overall the premises is very beautifully designed really a good choice for avarage budget and great experience the staff is very cooperative and restaurant is very well maintained and its roof top location makes it very attractive, food quality is also good. its a must visit location for people looking for stay in Hubbali ❤️❤️

Staffs in reception is look tired and they don't care about guests ,thier body language is lazy and unprofessional which is not suitable for this high standard business hotel.
