The hotel rooms are new so it's clean. The bathroom was smelling. The staff are good and helpful.Location is not so comfortable as it is very inetrior and bad roads. It's good for a 1 night business stay.

Very Interior Location that too at a plot located in the last (most interior) of a housing society which had pathetic road conditions infact there isn't any road at all for internal commute, any vehicle wil get damaged if tried moving at any higher speed that 1khph. Avoid all properties located in this housing society (Ansal Golf Link) and save yourself from time wastage and disappointment.

The person at the reception told me the check in time is 3:00 and asked for 500 extra for checking in early. The check-in time is clearly written as 2:00 but he didn't listen to me. Also very unprofessional and rude staff, when I asked for a dustbin, because there wasn't one in the room he told me to "get it myself from the upper floor".

Dinner served two hours after order. Hotel name not mentioned anywhere on the building. Illegal hotel building, main door closed for sometime due to sudden checking by the authorities.

Service , cleanliness and breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Overpriced . Since a major trade show event was nearby they charged a great deal for the leve of comfort cleanliness and service , my bed sheets were not clean and I asked for them to be changed & still not done on return from work . Claimed they had been changed !! … finally bed was changed and the manager was extremely apologetic & tried his best . His staff let him down and the hotel as a whole . They need much more training in hospitality. The breakfast was geared to locals & not much available for an international clientele . Generally speaking it’s an ok budget hotel but not budget prices !

They denied us the stay, as the hotel was sealed by police and they were busy hiding couples to leave. We saw the police putting lock with a seal on the front gate. Made us feel unsafe and dangerous surrounding

Toilet was not good it was leaking from everywhere and not tidy at all Towel had a blood stain on it The almirah gate was broken No television access No toileteries No hot water Broken chair The reason given not giving us change of room or changing things was its fully booked Above all they took extra 500 rupees and some change saying its the GST which is not added in the bill amount

The linen was dirty and when asked to change they said they were out of bedsheets. The hotel was in the interior of a residential complex with broken and bad roads for about 1 km. There was no sign board and overall the place felt kind of shady. The rooms were tiny and damp compared to the pictures. Half the rooms, the balcony opened to a brick wall. The food was very expensive for something barely passable. Would not recommend to anyone unless you’re on a strict budget or have location constraints.

The location was close to the main road, if you have a car. The staff was polite. Hot water was available.

Full off mosquitoes. WC no water even after complaint. Geyzer not working. Unhygienic place. Bedsheet and towel were unwashed and full of dirt.
