Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaThe apartment was spacious enough and had good air conditioning. In general, everything was clean, but the blanket, pillowcases and sheet had to be changed, although this did not help much, because some stains do not wash off. Hot water in the shower appeared by the evening of the first day and then there were no problems with it. There was also a water cleaning brush in the bathroom, which is very convenient. The room is not hot, there is no high humidity, towels dry quickly. The wardrobe is not very comfortable. There is a large TV with YouTube and Spotify. The SHIVA administrator is very responsive and comes to the rescue quickly. A taxi finds this hotel without any problems. Nearby there are cafes and restaurants of different price levels and cuisines. It's not noisy at night, the neighbors don't smoke (we lived on the ground floor). Conclusion: It's not the quality you'd expect to get for the price, but otherwise it's a good option.

India1. Parking not being there kept me in constant worry that my car will be picked by traffic police from main road. I parked one night at Trios mall. But I dint have a great feeling about parking it there with keys with those guys. 2. The cleaning guy uses the same mop for both bathroom and living/kitchen floors. That MUST change!!! Pls.bring new process wrt cleaning. Not acceptable at all.
The 1102 1 BHK had become our home at the end of 5 days. My kids watching the Hill road traffic from the room bed with lights off. And me sitting permanently in the living looking at Mumbai skyline with lights off. It was very comfortable and homely. The stove and fridge work well. The water filter was very good aswell. The washing machine works fine aswell. U can keep washing powder as a suggestion. The bed and the extra bed were very comfortable and I had great sleep quality. The security lift guy Manoj?? -- he was helpful and very calm and composed guy. Pls take good care of him.

Só initially when i moved to OSI Bandra i was a bit apprehensive as i was living by myself. The pros are that the flat has everything you could need to settle in to a house. If you need the flat to be cleaned the caretaker will come and do it. The society that the flat is in gives you privacy and I personally had no problems for the month and a half that i stayed there. Amenities: AC Netflix and A big ass Tv Gas stove Mixi Micro Fully Functional Kitchen with all Utensils Towels and Bedsheets Dining table washing machine fridge and a couch Also It is in the best location in Bandra on Hill road

Great location with lots of food options nearby. Very friendly hosts and staff. A special mention for Avesh who was very helpful and made my stay very comfortable. Nice big size TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.

IndiaWater supply is not for 24 hours. Approach road is bit trick. It is not on the NL road as mentioned. There is no supply of tea premixes in the flat.
The building is almost on main road (visible from road) but the approach road is bit tricky. The major problem is that it does not have 24 hours water supply. We requested for an alternative and we were shifted to their property at Khar. which was good.
