Staying in the Dormitory at Ostel was genuinely a unique and incredible experience! I formed numerous meaningful connections during my time there. Adya's enthusiasm and ability to organize engaging activities made the stay even more enjoyable. And the culinary delights from their Inside kitchen are an absolute must-try. Without a doubt, Ostel now holds the top spot on my list for future visits.

Not only is it always clean and looks great, staff are also friendly and reliable. they help my bus arrange, give some idea of recommended restaurants, and went to the beach together! everything is perfect♡ p.s. Guru's surf school is also pretty!

There was nothing to not like.

This place has very good vibes and inspires you to do more. This was my first trip ever and my first solo trip too. Initially I was worried about the safety at the hotel. But the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It is very safe for female travellers. I felt lucky that I found this place.

It was really great stay here. The staff were friendly, the rooms were huge and clean and meeting new people who were also traveling was so fun. The Auroville beach behind feels like a private beach perfect for a summer vacation and the pool time was also fun. Andddd the food here was really delicious. All the staffs were amazing, they were very helpful and friendly.

One thing that concerned me is the food / beverage ordering process as it was online and for every order you placed, there was an additional charge. However, the food was delicious. I enjoyed their Shakshouka for breakfast, Egg Maggi (portion served was more than expected) in the evening and Butter Chicken roti for dinner.

The location of the property is very good as it is near to the beach. I mean you can literally see the beach from some of the shared bed rooms and private rooms. The shared bed rooms are very clean, ACs work perfectly, mattresses are comfortable and quilts are cosy enough to put you to sleep in no time after a tiring day. They have a nice swimming pool as well.
