There was no sign at the hotel for direction, had to ask neighbours

Except location which is a long walk along the river everything else is good. Finding the hotel is a little tricky as there is no sign. But it is just behind the Shanti cafe. You need to hike 2 floors of height for this hotel. The view, cleanliness, and food are good. The owner is very helpful in assisting you with anything.

The area to reach bus stop or main place is difficult for me it took 20 minutes to reach by walk, kindly ask the people to arrange some transport to reach

Perfect budget stay. Comfortable and clean, with very polite and attentive staffs. On the banks of the river, a very short walk to the river and a casual walk to Kasol high street. Recommended.

Whatever was mentioned in facilities none of them was provided like heaters, hot water. We booked the large room with private balcony n river view those rooms have washrooms outside, balcony wasn’t private, anyone can access. Electric kettle was mentioned but not provided, Everything here is chargeable hot water 50rs. Note: you have to walk 2 kms from bus stand to access this property as there is no road connectivity. You can hire a bike to reach there or taxi from the other side of bridge to reach challal which they charge around 400-500 rs Hotel owner was charging extra gst after all these mess, however booking.com customer care executive came into rescue n informed the owner about the room charges.

There is no hot water available in the en-suite shower, although they offered an option for a bathroom outside the room where you could get a hot shower if requested. The en-suite toilet was not properly cleaned neither, still had rubbish from the previous guest in the bin. There is a good 1-1.5 Km walk from town to the hotel, even though they are building the road, for people with carry on luggage it might be challenging to get there as the road is made of gravel and rocks. In general there is room for improvements in the rooms and hotel, but they are currently under-construction and seems to be constantly improving, so hopefully they take on all the constructive critique and continue improving.

The property is located close by the river, always from the main town, thus you will be able to enjoy quite nights. We took the family room, which is spacious. They provided towels, and all the necessary toiletries. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

I will list it for the benefit of everyone. 1. The room I was staying in was good but it didn't have an attached bathroom as mentioned while booking the room. 2. The bathroom skylight is big and without any screen or curtains.While I was in the bathroom attending nature's call a creepy looking guy was peeping in from the balcony of the adjacent building which was humiliating at best. I mean is it too much to expect little privacy in the bathroom. 3. No complementary breakfast was provided as per booking. And the staff informed me that there is no provision for breakfast. In short it is just a building with negligible facilities and not at all suitable for families and kids.

I liked the location because of its proximity to the river and mountain view. That's it.
