The bathroom toilet didn’t flush and it flooded for a while after showering. Some staff weren’t very friendly and at times.

Location was great, my hut was newly refurbished so it was grand, bed was comfy and lots of space in the room with AC, a fridge and desk too. Easy access to the beach as well.

The message center, whilst the massage guy was good. The woman at the front lied to me about the amount of time for the massage, the cost and come to talk to me the whole way through the massage. She needs a lesson on how to be professional also and understand that a massage is for relaxation. Not talking.

Great location away from the busy beach, nice comfy huts and nice staff. Bed was really comfy and it was nice watching the monkeys and cows just walk around in the resort. Fridge is a plus too.

Bathrooms need to be well sealed as over time small openings allows friendly harmless beings like frogs and crickets to venture inside. Well if you want off beat living in nature's lap then prepare for nature's beings to show up to great you ;)

The best part is the freedom of your own little sit out garden with a view of the ocean from most rooms. We took the village style rooms with private a sitout with a mesmerizing view. You wake up to birds singing and waves softly breakign onto the shore. The place is discreet and quiet and napa at any time will be peaceful.

The room was simple with a bed and shower, however, there was no gyeser in the cabin we booked which was a two person premium. There is no television or fridge. However, the room is well built and has very effective air conditioning, so it is fairly comfortable. It is very much like a deluxe camping cabin in a national park in the UK or US. The staff were very attentive and extremely helpful. Sindiya was always available to answer any questions or provide assistance

The location is great you can walk to the beach from the property or a short scooter to nearby beaches like agonda. The staff is very friendly and it was convenient that there is a restaurant on the property.

In between the big rocks on and next to the property was very sadly quite some rubbish and trash. There is music and/or live music every night and noise and music from surrounding clubs (especially during the weekend) and it’s not quiet till midnight or even later.

Staff was friendly including the manager. The mosquito net around the bed was very good. There was a water kettle and coffee and tea in the room and free water refill outside. For Indian standards it was quite clean, but indoor and outdoor it could still be better.

We liked our cabin, set up the top of the hill in green surroundings Good daily exercise, cabins cleaning every few days, nice big bed, Shower was strong and hot water after running for a few minutes Lots of wildlife, birds, frogs and geckos, and eagles in the trees.

We chose Ourem Palace in Palolem beach after looking at many other places for our week long stay. It’s location at the southern end of the beach is set among large boulders on the beach with the bungalows running up the side of the only hill in Palolem. We had a nice garden setting with a small lawn where we could sit in privacy enjoying the the shade of the trees . The room was comfortable and clean, plenty of hot water and a coffee maker which was well used . Being on a hillside facing the sea, we had a refreshing breeze so we didn’t need to use our A/C very often. The staff are friendly and helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. But what really sets Ourem Palace apart is the owner, Rohan. From the moment we arrived, he went out of his way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. There is live music every night in the restaurant with some very good musicians. The food is well prepared and the service friendly.

No breakfast facility at property as the property doesn't have its own restaurant. Cleanliness in room was not upto the mark. The toiletries mentioned at the time of booking doesn't match as mentioned on the app

music very loud plus you hear music from other hotels till 11:30 in the night. Therefore you do not get the peace you come for. The rooms are all situated on a hill so there many steps to climb to get to your room. Not suitable for people with leg issues.

The host, Rohan to be precise. He made me feel unsafe and every time my friends came to drop me off (since I was staying solo), he insulted them and kept watching my activities from the camera installed outside the room.

There was not restaurant onsite. The breakfast was in an adjacent hotel. While this was not a big issue for us it would have been nice to have room service.

The temporary building did not keep the sound out. Early morning wake up from the trains and insects!

The location was great and easy to reach the beach. The grounds were very green and lush! Great views and the staff was nice.
