Toilet very spacious and clean. But the toilet seat is much smaller in length than the commode itself, so body likely to touch commode, a discomfort. Above that when you move, the seat was coming off from its holder, totally uneasy effort to put it back in slot, happened many times till I learned how to use without moving (LOL). Plus toilet paper given only on request. Towels clean. But I felt blankets not fresh/crispy. Car parking only road side plus an open area a bit far, but manageable.

Well maintained Homestay. Thoughtfully designed building, rooms and common area/terrace. Extra Large double beds, clean toilets, well decorated interior. Drinking water/Fridge/Tea kettle/tea bag’s/cups available. Very helpful owner and staff, always responding promptly. Good simple breakfast, some Indian kind (poori/chitranna/Aloo Sabji/tea during our stay) plus boiled egg and bread on request, no juice or corn flakes. I didn’t demand variety as I felt it’s too much to ask for more and more choices.

Breakfast could be improved a bit with more options and better quality. Better car parking would have been an extra mile. Though we could park out car just outside the hotel but that wasn't a proper parking lot.

Property was clean, calm, and located at a convenient place. Staff was well behaved. And most importantly it was worth the price they offered it for.

Breakfast was super. fresh and homemade, we had booked two rooms. one with breakfast and other one by mistake chose without breakfast. But owner/ manager allowed both families for breakfast without any extra money. It means owner never think for profit for always , Humanity. we felt very great .

The bedsheets were a bit moist. Cutlery and plates could have been available. The staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. We had the impression that the property was in fact understaffed, as it was hard to find the only staff member.

We enjoyed the space. The room was a good size, with a nice separate living room. The terrace outside was very pleasant. We appreciated the kettle and complimentary tea and coffee that came with the room. The location was good, in a quiet area, away from the busy town centre. Good wifi.

The caretaker Mr. Prasad isn't available 24×7 and doesn't pickup the calls. Water wasn't available when required. Soap/shampoo wasn't refilled in the room

People in neighbouring room were drinking alcohol that created a lot of smell. Having travelled with family, this was very uncomfortable & the staff should have taken care of this.

The rooms were spacious and well maintained with good facilities overall. The staff is helpful & the breakfast was tasty, but the staff mentioned that it was different only that day.

The location is in the center of Madikeri so you can visit many tourist attractions. Also the market is nearby. Our stay was comfortable & the breakfast was tasty homecooked food.
