Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaRooms had mosquitoes, room service was pathetic..only one bottle of water per room, no hot water in bathrooms. Don't trust their breakfast included option. They give idly and mysore bonda packets per each room and it's not a buffet breakfast type.. they are playing with the customers giving false amenities in the website.. worst stay.

IndiaThe behavior of the Manager. Inspite of making advance payment,he not kept room for us, and troubled us in night 11/12 PM. We are Sr Citizens. We'll take appropriate action, if he will not send back the mobile, we forgot at KKTrends.
The Manager did not give us room at 11PM.He told he will accommodate in a nearby hotel. We asked for refund of advance but he refused and taken us to KKTrends and given a room. While checkout,I forgot my mobile,immediately I informed Manager, he collected the mobile at once but till now he did not courier me the mobile,inspite my promise to reimburse the expenses. This is the behavior of Hotel Manager Sri Prabhakar. If I will not get the mobile within 2 days,I will complaint.
