We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomAlthough the place was clean, the bed sheets were really old and stained. The pillows were also a bit smelly and we needed to cover them with towels to stop the smell. But generally everything else was great!
Large room, generally very clean with great AC. The bed was super comfortable and we slept very well here. It’s quiet, backed away from the Main Street but great location which is close to the main attractions.

IndiaThe only down part there were cobwebs in the room and as soon as the lights went down, small cockroaches came out mostly from the wardrobes. We had 2 rooms booked only for the day.

United KingdomBroken toilet seat in one room, Wi-Fi was a bit patchy … the rooms are fine … but there are no other communal spaces. Eg Somewhere to sit and relax or read.
Rooms are as shown and described. Functional, clean, AC, etc… Location is good … just one block back from the sea front … 5 minute walk. Great local tea shop and Zam Zam restaurant opposite the hotel. Do ask if you want to get any laundry done.

Our Room was comfortable. The hotel is 10 min walk from the CAPE terminal. The location is quite good. easy to reach destinations. We booked including the breakfast but there were no arrangements for breakfast. Apart from this everything was good. The staff was kind and helpful.
