Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe food served for breakfast was pathetic ,cold and tea was awful and the crockery used for all of these were all broken how can one sip tea with broken cups they bang the door to serve the breakfast to your room early morning ,they can always call the room extension no need to come and bang just because you have to finish your work ,no proper toiletries all fittings were broken from shower tap to dirty buckets to broken faucets ,no hangers provided in rooms after much demand they give ,so overall very bad experience

Indiathis time there was mattresses of two queen beds which were moving out of bed again and again which made the sleep uncomfortable and plus there was no hot water coming in the shower. The shampoo bottles weren’t filled it was nearly empty. But the staff was really nice.

IndiaBreakfast is very bad in the test . property is very dirty .The bedsheet covers only half the mattress.. excess bill charge Rs 159 in the name of sevice charges .which was not mention in booking.com . This hotel is not Feb express jayshree . But hotel Jayshree . I was very disappointed.
