No water in the morning to take a bath. Not fixed while I was there although looked at.

Overall staff were good, needed tea kettle in the room, which which was not available. Sugar free was not available. Wifi was not there for the entire stay of 2days. Rest was good

First thing first, after reaching i have been informed as promised by oya , oya has not booked ur room with breakfast so u hv to pay for b,fast. when i refused to chk in then they told me we will provide you b,fast just like doing great favor to me. as promised & shown in the picture , no coffie maker no electrical kettle..even water they were giving in plastic bottle not in glass or jug. you don't have choice in b,fast. only oily stuff...puri .paratha etc. Thank God, all staff behavior was very good, non of them was wearing mask but told me they are vaccinated.

The comfort of bed was not good, I was looking for drinking water and towel but no one provided me. Lot of noise and lot of outsiders sitting in the reception due to which not comfortable to go and outside with family or wife.

Location is good and taste of food was good but quantity is not sufficient with compared to price.

I didn't like was the water logging in the washroom and the TV was not working there was no toiletries in the room and the lift was not in working condition not value for the money and they charge more then the booking price.

They never replied to a request for a late check in. They asked me to wait for a room as they hadn't prepared one even after 2 hours of the check in time. After a while, they directed me to a different hotel which was definitely lower rated where I paid charges more than my current booking rate.

They didn't allow me check-in and said that they could not allow me in such a low price. This was really a disgusting experience and I had to look for another hotel and instant booking costed me a lot. This was really very bad experience....

This is the worst hotel I have ever visited. They are actually fraud. I booked it online. When I went to hotel (in the night 11:00, came from Kolkata), they asked me “ what price you paid for booking”. Then they refused me for checking and said that the price of the rooms are higher. The way he behaved, I never expected it in the capital city of Bihar. No compassion, no manners how to talk, such an ill mannered person. We were three people, he didn’t even think that what they guys will in the night coming from a different city.

The hotel denied booking and demanded extra 500 ₹ over and above the online full payment made at Bookings.com saying that the price mentioned on the site is not correct and we can't offer you room at that rate. Left with no options at the middle of night had to pay extra . The helpline number mentioned on the confirm booking page were both not working . Better personally check with the hotal staff before making any payment . Or better go with other booking sites who are more reliable .
