We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Excellent Reception, clean tidy, sweet memories. Thank you all. I had a wonderful stay . The environment and the atmosphere helped us to relax. I had a very good stay .I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent, the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met. The hotel ambience was lovely & very serene. We look forward to coming back.

United KingdomFRAUD ALERT!!! My initial impression of the hotel was positive, influenced by the appealing price listed on Booking.com. However, this sentiment quickly soured upon arrival. Contrary to the agreed-upon rate through Booking.com, the hotel attempted to charge me double the price at check-in. This was not due to any additional services or misunderstandings but appeared to be a deliberate attempt to exploit guests unfamiliar with their fraudulent practices. Despite showing my booking confirmation and the price clearly stated, the staff remained unyielding, insisting on the inflated rate. This experience has not only caused significant inconvenience and stress but also casts a shadow over the trustworthiness of booking.com because I’ve had several situations in India. I strongly advise potential guests to be wary of this establishment. The discrepancy between the advertised and actual price is a clear red flag, signaling a lack of integrity and customer respect. For those looking to avoid unwelcome surprises and unethical business practices, it may be best to consider alternative accommodations.
