The service is just pathetic and the staffs are miserable, they just don't know how to treat the customers, I'll never book any hotel from oyo in future

The staff didn't entertain us and clearly denied that there is no booking and later when we showed the mail than he had go and see the room on 2nd floor by urself, we won't keep the luggage and won't be able to help u either. Upon many request and saying that i have a small kid plz help in keeping luggage than his words were that's not my problem, I won't be keeping the luggage and if u don't like than u can leave n go. So basically we didn't stayed in that property and had wasted our time and money both. Thanks to Oyo for dealing with such kind of property n their unprofessional owner.

Great place to be, good ambience with all required amenities. Rooms were fantastic and the interior was awesome with lavish furniture. Connectivity was also great as public transport was easily accessible. The price was also not on the higher side. So, it was a great day experience staying here.

One of the finest hotel i found here in this city. All the staff behaved so professional and kind that were were amazed. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful greenery and trees that i felt well. I also explored some places like grand mall, velachery which were near to the property.

It was a wonderful place to stay. I stayed here for one day. The hotel was amazing in every term like hospitality, service, cleanliness etc. The rooms were fantastic with great decorations. I went to shilparamam and nehru zoological park which were easily accessible to the hotel. In a nutshell, it was a great experience staying here with low pricing of the hotel.

I was here for a day. Acoording to me, one the finest hotel in the town for a good stay. Rooms were something which amused me. We had ample space in the room with great interiors. Looking forward to stay here again in my next trip to the city.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They also followed all the security and hygiene measures properly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bhubaneswar.

All are good but online price show 500 but the staff demand 800 unfortunately I give him 800 this is not right

Aquagard doesn't have water, dirty bedsheets and pillow at the time of checkin he took 400 extra by saying that you booked in discount from booking.com He told me that he will charge the price on oyo app. Very dissappointed by the staff behaviour.

1st they have asked to pay another 200 rupees extra, as they told the booking through online and they are hardly getting any money. After that, we need to ask everything to staff, no instruction given to staff, so, they can guide the property. I could see Cockroach at night, no WIFI, AC moderately OK.. All the cover bed sheet seems to be very old and dirty. No tissue paper at Toilet, they provided a small tiny soap. Pls you should chare more at initial & provide all the basic facility, which is completely missing. No Telephone/ no key at door.. Staff sayin we are here, no need to worry. OYO, this is the 2nd time worst experience. Would not like to recommend anyone.

The room was really dirty, the bed lining had stains and hair all over, there was a used water bottle beside the bed. They hadn't cleaned the room when we checked in. When we asked the person there to change the bedsheet or give a different room, he said there is no other room and he said he won't change the bedsheet either. When we said we will complain Oyo, he said we can go stay at some other place and we can complain Oyo as well.
