Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The staff was very hospitable. Rooms were very comfortable. For the price range, the hotel is very good. Staff was very good and helpful. Everything else was perfect for 1.2k.

IndiaThe rude behaviour of the check in or reception staff. The extra charge on packaged food products served in dinner on order and minimal room complimentary items such as water bottle or water warming kettle etc.
Everything about the property was value for money, location, food, room etc. The only clause of taking extra money for before checkin must be either compulsory or free, not subjected to availability which is nothing but extra money making unethical practice.

IndiaHygiene. The nearby area is shady. The sewers keep spilling. But that diminishes away as you enter the premises. There are also Pan spits here and there in the corridor. Not in the room. The room is neat, and the view from the top floor is good. You see the railway track heading to RKMP Station.
The rooms are cheap. The price quote on booking.com might keep changing but if you book from the counter, it'd be 1200+GST for a night. Connectivity is good, it's right beside ISBT. For the price, it's good.

IndiaPathetic service. Illiterate worst rude staff. There was no electricity. Staff asked for extra money for check-in and when we denied staff named sunita started behaving rudely and shouting. Don't even think of booking this hotel if you don't want to ruin your trip. Worst hotel I ever encountered. We Booked but didn't check-in due to staff behaviour. Dirty rooms no electricity
