Location is good however surrounded by slums, But doesn't matter as we select this coz near to US consulate. Selected quad room with 2 double bed so big and nice.

The entrance is right opposite a garbage dump - it’s actually filthy outside. the reception reeks of urine. The elevators are stuff of nightmares - I have pics. The room was decently clean although the sheets had dried in stains. Their food menu is limited and even the tray they brought the food in was layered with stains - it’s like they have given up trying to maintain and upkeep the place. There were huge cockroaches running, thankfully, outside my room door. This is totally not worth the money they charge or maybe this is now the new standard in India.

They made us wait for a simple bottle of drinking water for more than half an hour, which eventually had't delivered to our room. Rooms were not up to the mark,. Location wise and rooms wise not at all meeting to the pictures posted on the Booking.com. totally misleading. There were mosquitoes all over the room. Only advantage for which people gets tempted to go for this hotel is, it is nearby US embassy.

One of the worst hotels with pathetic behavior of staff. They straight away refused to provide earlier breakfast (as we needed to check out early). So we skipped breakfast.

They need to be more friendly. They are like shy people.

It was a nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were good and clean. Staff was polite and helpful in the direction of the local sites. The bed was a comfortable and clean bedsheet.

Not recommended... Room Rate is high compare to less facilities...dusty rooms... surroundings is very dirty and congested.. Staff is not professional..not phone facility to call reception...not car parking facility.. Bed is not comfortable..Actually hotel and rooms are not good what they shown aa picture in advt.and website...

Lift. - only 1 lift with 6 people capacity on the 10-floor building. 2nd one not working for a long back. Room - room was very much conjusted that we could not put our bags correctly and there was no chair at all Without chairs, we can not eat at the table. We have to send it down near the bathroom because no space is available in the room whatever I saw in the property photos on the website while booking that was not at all.

I wouldn't say I like anything at this hotel. I want a refund. worst stay experience to date. room description doesn’t match the actual rooms. no parking is available. the whole neighborhood is too dirty. We had to park next to a garbage put. they made us shift 2-3 times at night as the acs were not working. and finally landed in the smallest room in the hotel. we were so tired in the night and had already made the payment so continued with the stay. no toiletries were provided. no hot water for the shower. This place just ruined the entire trip for us
