Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndiaEverything. Right from the people to the room and the cleanliness. The experience was very very disappointing and not expected from a hotel listed on this website. The services and facilities provided were not even close to what was mentioned in the website. The hotel did not even give the bill of our stay and asked us to pay for the full stay upon check-in The staff was rude and intimidating as we were only two female travellers and told us that they don't give the bill Booking.com should atleast check into the kind of hotels and their services and facilities before listing them on the website for booking. I am not just disappointed with the hotel but also with this website. I don't think I would book any hotel again using this website

Checkout time is 11 Am however the hotel manager will start asking you to leave post 10 am itself and will call you every 5 mins to leave the room. If you're ready for that go ahead and book it.

IndiaThe room was below average for the money charged. I was charged exorbitantly. I gave a special request that I would check out at 5PM not 11am. I got a mail that my special request is accepted without any extra charge. But still I was demanded 1500 rupees for 5hrs late check out.
I didn't like anything. Small and conjusted room. Uncomfortable bed. Wash room had a punctured bucket. Everything was worst. Worst experience. There was not even a mirror to get ready.
