Approach to Hotel was little upsetting. Only one item was served out of Poha/idli/bada Sambhar/Bread Ommlette and that too as per discretion of hotel & without water. It is surprising that not a single water bottle was provided inspite of breakfast was included in tariff. Restaurant was not attached with hotel and items were provided/served at room.

It is situated on the 2nd floor of an old rusty building. Pictures posted on booking.com is a scam. Staff are not welcoming. If you intend to shower during your trip, good luck with that. You have better chances to take a shower at the sea rather than the hotel. Well, I guess you get what you pay for. Yes, I was fooled by the pictures. Never again! Had to check out urgently after one night.

Water was not available from the moment we checked in, very rude behaviour of the staff, non cooperative staff who just argue. They were continuously telling us to wait for the water and it will start working, but it didn't, we even couldn't visit some places planned because water was not available not for bathing not for other activities, we had to use, pay and use public washrooms even after spending tooo much on this hotel, when we asked for refund the hotel staff said that you should have asked for it yesterday and we would have done something about it, which is a pure lie because we did tell them the day before that please refund is the amount this place is not worth it,,, they just kept lying WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!

It's a shame ! My arrival in Mumbai was disastrous… I had reserved, for the beginning of the afternoon, a spacious, lighted room with a window… and when I arrived, they made me wait until evening, and to give me a very small room, dark, dirty, windowless, and full of damp. In addition I had to pay the same price as for the other room! In addition, the people of the hotel made noise all night, I had to sleep 2n maximum. Horrible… Finally, be very careful, because the hotel can recommend a travel agency (which pretends to be the tourist office), and they are real tourist thieves. In short, go your way if you want to have a good stay in Colaba, put a little more money and gain a little more pleasure!

The property does not use card machine for payments. If you ask for tea first they want money. Asking for GST invoice they would deny. Very bad experience I had Please think twice before booking this property. It's on the 2nd floor without a lift.
