Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaRoom size could be little bigger but that for couple of nights i would not worry.
It was just one night stay so according to that it was excellent, room size is Ok for a night stay. I would acknowledge cleanliness of room, wash rooms etc with minimum all required items. Staff was really excellent and restaurant quality is also very good for breakfast and dinner. I would recommend to stay for any guest planning to travel.

IndiaStaff members had communication issue, I ordered food for 3 people in room, only two dinner plate was given without any cutlery, I called 3 times still no one showed up. They missed sending butter milk inorder with food it came very last and I could get it that butter milk was made in rush as salt and masala was missing from the butter milk. My rooms were breakfast included, how ever I was charged for coffee. Shower in room wasn't working (208) Since I had to take flight and reception was busy I did not bother to debate on it. Small things can make this hotel run much better way.
Reception manager and restaurant manager were amazing. Quality of food was good. Rooms still have Oyo logo.

United Arab EmiratesI believe, they could do better with the a shower curtain or something to avoid water everywhere while taking a shower. There are wires hanging outside the walls and that should be avoided. Even the AC looks old and hanging. The painting on top of the mattress was wonky. Attention to detail would always help. The refrigerator was not that cold.
I loved the location, the convenience, and the staff. Proximity to the airports was icing on the cake. The food served at the restaurant was very clean and extremely tasty. I hope they do well and continue to keep up their service.

ThailandThe photo on booking.com didn't match my room. My room was super small to the point I had to put my suitcases on the bed because they wouldn't open if they were placed on the floor. For $25 more, I could have stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a huge room that also included a sofa and table. The hot water in the shower didn't work. The only window in the room had a screen not glass and being on the first floor, I heard foot traffic, conversations and fireworks throughout the day.
The staff was friendly. The location wasn't to far from the airport. The check-in process was also fast and easy. The French fries were also really good. I'm really trying hard for compliments.
