We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaTo start with, this isn't a typical hotel.. house is converted into a hotel. Most of the time, there's no one at the reception or what you call a reception room. The bed is rock hard. No Wifi. There is TV, but there is no power to it! The water supply suddenly stops at night and you have no clue as to whom to contact as there is no one at the reception. During my 3 day stay, I faced water problems at least 3 times. I have nothing against the staff as they are courteous, though. The thing is the above-mentioned things can be improved by the hotel with minimum effort. Anyway, I went to Puri to have Jagannath darshan and I had a nice one! That's all that matters, since you asked my opinion, I have given one. Hope the hotel will improve so that the customers will have a nice stay at the hotel!
The only good thing about this hotel is the proximity to both the Jagannath temple and the beach!

IndiaBedsheet wasn't clean. Bathroom doors was not able to close No dustbin inside the room No cleaniness. Under the bed We got wine bottle, papers dust hair And the door lock wasn't enough to secure 🔐 the room Hotel staff was asking money for advance booking which wasn't mentioned in the booking site.
No good restaurants near the location 😕 and no food facilities inside the hotel actually .

IndiaThey call you on the booking date and ask for advance payment of 500 for each room. Which is against the Booking.com policy. This property is completely located away from the main connecting road. The map location shared by the team is completely misguiding. I have called the hotel team for more than 15 times and couldn't get any response. Post reaching the property there was no response from the front desk receptionist. No response post calling the manager. Finally went back with out getting a room after waiting 1 hr or more. I have paid 500 RS for room in advance and did not get any money in return from them. I also called the booking.com team and still didn't get my 500 in return. It's not about 500 but if you go there with your family expect utter disappointment and frustration. Be ready to waste your money or else do not pay any money till you get to see the property/room.
