We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaEverything about this hotel is good. The staff is friendly , the food is amazingly tasty. The facilities are good and maintained. This hotel is little outside of the city so getting a cab is sometimes challenging.

NorwayWhere do I start! And I paid 27k rupees for a "suite" expecting something that resembled the website description. For someone who travels with work around the world over 150 days a year, this was the worst I have seen compared to that which was sold on the website. Firstly, arriving at my room the door would not open and had to be forced by the member of staff. In the room, the safe had been broken into, and electronics were still loose in the hold. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there was soo much mould in the shower you could smell it. When I complained I was told there were no other rooms. The next next day, I was excitedly upgraded. However, although a larger room, the bath leaked so much it never filled and instead flooded the floor, the decoration was old and tattered. There were food stains on the furniture and floor. To make matters worse, on the first night when they were trying to fix the safe, they said go to the bar and have a free beer. No surprises, they charged me and would not accept that that was what was agreed.
The staff were very friendly and helpful as far as the challenges with my stay were possible. The reception staff were very helpful and obviously overworked.
