IndiaSome attention to detail required , only one towel provided, even after reminding the front desk, it was not sent. Returning to the hotel after 9.30 PM or 10:00 pm can be a problem, the hotel is on the 4th floor, with an underground car park. If the shutter is closed, the only way to communicate is by mobile to the duty staff on the front desk. There should be a bell or an intercom facility, to avoid inconvenience to guests. Having said that, we were never inconvenienced, someone was always available whenever we returned. The Gym was a big disappointment, without doubt it is very well equipped, but we were not permitted to use it, since we we had to buy special shoes. A visitor to a town does not carry special shoes for a gymnasium, so, in effect, the excellent gym could not be used since we neither had the shoes required, nor did we have the time or inclination to go out and buy them
Being a vegetarian hotel ,the breakfast options were limited, but we did have excellent idlis served very well.

IndiaThe tariff was bit higher everytime I went there . I have been there thrice so far. And the tv recharge always is expired. Even after it was informed. They didnt recharged. My question is if you want to keep a tv better keep the connection too or else take down the TV. Simple. Or else its called giving false hope to customer saying we have TV and it doesnt work.
room service was great. Would have been perfect if the food had been non vegetarian instead of veg.however they allow outside food so it’s manageable.

IndiaLocation: It is a famous square and on weekend you can see so many activities around. Room: Rooms are beautiful with high ceiling, everything was provided in the bathroom from Shampoo, soap, conditioner so I will give a thumbs up for that. Breakfast: They have a veg and non-veg buffet with 10 items + coffee so it was a value for money.

United KingdomIt is difficult to find the hotel entrance. Its above a shopping complex. The rooms are not clean enough. The shower and toilets are not to standards of a star hotel. Breakfast not included as complimentary. Most of the items in the menu were not available.
